Poor quality product. Indecent company.
Ordered cufflinks with intention to wear at my wedding. Items came defective and poor quality. I asked for a replacement exchange or refund. Was told these were âimperfectionsâ from being hand made and quality couldnât be guaranteed by company. Responsibility for shipping and customs costs would fall on me. Overall I am disappointed with the quality of the product and the indecency of the company. Will not be doing business with them again.
