What can I say, the Spiderman entertainer we initially had booked dropped out very last minute. I reached out to Superhero UK parties & mascots and with only a few hours notice they agreed to step in. The experience was amazing, the kids (aged between 2.5-13) all absolutely loved it. Have already been highly recommending. Was worth every penny and will definitely use again. Thank you so much again!

We had a superhero party for my partners daughters 7th birthday. We booked the 2 hour package with Spider-Man.
Josh and the team were fantastic and the communication was brilliant from booking to the event.
Spider-Man kept the kids thoroughly entertained throughout and his tricks were awesome.
We would highly recommend.

Had a booking for Saturday 1st of July for my daughters 5th birthday, it was meant to be paw patrol and 30 of her friends were attending. The party was due to start at 12pm, my husband received a text message at 9.30 cancelling the booking!! The van apparently had a broken alloy which the team had only noticed when getting ready to set off, the soonest they could get someone to repair the van would have been 1pm!! Needles to say I was extremely upset and angry - 1. why would you not have a spare wheel, 2. There was no attempt at helping with a solution and 3. Why could you not try to hire a van of borrow a van!?!?!?! I tried to call the mobile but it went to voicemail, I had no call back which made me more angry as this is totally unacceptable! My daughter was in tears and we ended up having to cancel the party. As you can imagine my daughter only being just 5 did not understand why her favourite paw patrol characters didn't want to come to her party.. after trying to explain she still didn't understand!

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Booked by mistake, rang their mobile number immediately and was told they were able to sort it and I had to email. After various emails and them ignoring me multiple times, I chased them up on Facebook for them to say they “appreciate my circumstances” but wouldn’t be refunding me. I asked for a list of other event dates to try and move the date I couldn’t make. But they only do one event in each location. The customer service was terrible and seen as they claim to be a small business, you’d think they’d do what they could to keep clientele. Instead they enjoy taking money they haven’t earned and are rude.

Brilliant set up and party provided by superhero uk parties & mascots today for my 3 year olds party! Despite some last minute hiccups and attendees cancelling resulting in reduced numbers, they did everything they could to ensure everything ran smoothly. Great value for money and great at what they do. Would highly recommend and look to book again in the future. Thank you so much ❤️

A family member used this company today for a party. This kids loved the candy floss machine, the ball pit and soft play.
The staff were great with the kids and they all had so much fun. I would highly recommend them to others and I will be using them myself in the future

Would definitely recommend this Company. We booked the full 2 hour experience for my 6 year olds party with the candy floss option instead of a mascot. It couldn’t have gone better, the kids really enjoyed it and Josh was very professional, on time and he even let us use the small ball pit pool for the toddlers at no extra cost. I will be using again.

Absolutely everything was spot on have nothing bad to say! Great set up, on time and the entertainment is one a child and adult won’t forget I was smiling through the whole party as well as all the children! They are soo involved which helps the host out a lot! And the mascots they aren’t just your ordinary mascots they really care for the kids and take time to make it fair for each child. The stunts and games are spot on the kids really really enjoyed every minute of it! 100000% will be using them again. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed at all!

Omg i booked superhero uk for my grandson 3rd birthday he was amazing all kids loved little ones as well as big one ( adults) . The bouncy castle music games kept 3/4 year olds entertained as well as spiderman his moves was amazing the games fun all round x i even had a parent say how good he was they had spiderman at one party the one they had was no were as good as these ppl xx

We booked a Spider-Man party for our 4 year old.
Superhero UK absolutely smashed it, all the kids loved it, the bouncy castle and disco were really fun.
Special shout out to Spider-Man who naturally led the party, really interacting with all the kids while giving the birthday boy special attention. His acrobatics where very impressive!
The little touches such as party game prizes and Spider-Man helping out when it came to getting all the kids to sit down for party food were great!
Would 100% recommend and will use again.

Simply the best!
We used them for my sons party and they were absolutely amazing. They took charge of the day and it all ran smoothly. They were very professional and tried. They were brilliant with all the children and made my son feel so special. Spider-Man was the best I’ve ever seen and my son couldn’t believe the “real” spidey went to his party. All of my sons friend said it’s the best party they have ever been to. The bouncy was perfect for my venue as if was roofless which was a bonus. Simply amazing and will definitely be using them again!

Super hero uk made my son party so much more fun. They were extremely spot on with everything we asked for, arrived on time and left everything the way it was. My son and his friends enjoyed it so much especially playing with sonic. I would highly recommend them. Thankyou so much once again.

My son went to a party Sunday with them there he had amazing time said was his best party loved meeting Spider-Man his hero and having his pic taken with him , I will deff be booking them for his birthday this year.

Would recommend for a child’s birthday party.

Brilliant experience for children bouncy castles disco popcorn candy floss mascots and super heros. All the stress taken away from parents. Would definitely recommend.
