Jeremy Dyer was a great help!

Even though they were unable to fix my van, I appreciate the honesty of letting me know it was in really bad condition and unsafe to continue driving. No other mechanic has told me that, but it honestly saved my life as the frame was so badly rusted, it could have broken with the hit of a curb.

From the first day we went to Superior Van and Mobility in need of a handicapped van quickly, the team there was one of the best we had dealt with. The van we purchased served our needs to the highest degree. The service team is also a great group of people. I would highly recommend Superior Van and Mobility to anyone that needs this type of vehicle.

The van itself is great !! I have rented 5 times to transport my mother to appointments & have had great experiences each time, until the last. The admin person was not friendly at all & offered no alternative to returning the van. The customer service was poor, in all.

Superior Van and Mobility helped make our decision to purchase a Mobility Van easier. My husband was able to try out the different available Mobility vans in Superior’s Showroom. (Dodge, Honda and Chrysler). We were excited to be able to purchase a Mobility Van that had most of the same features that were on our Mercedes SUV. We purchased a Mobility Van that was best suited for my husband’s Mobility Chair.
Superior’s expert was very helpful, pleasant, and patient. He made buying a Mobility Van an enjoyable experience.

We first visited the Superior Van and Mobility showroom, in Knoxville, Tennessee, in the middle of May to discuss options for a wheelchair accessible van. They were very helpful and gave us several ideas. Having purchased wheelchair accessible vans in the past I wanted to make sure we did our homework. We visited three other dealerships, and not one was even close to the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness to the customer of Superior Van. We even visited several online sites, and, even though their products may have been equal to those at Superior Van, there was no question in our minds of who would supply the best service. In August we made our decision to purchase a van from Superior Van and Mobility. We have had our van for almost a month and have found it to be every bit as nice as we expected. The entire staff did a great job of finding the perfect van for us. We highly recommend Superior Van and Mobility to meet all of your mobility needs.

Truthfully, this was the easiest car buying experience ever! David McDowall was so kind and easy to work with. We met with him discussed what we wanted, kept in touch and when the timing was right the rest was handled over the phone or via email. My van is perfect!!!

we couldn't have asked for more. everyone there were wonderful from Bryce to the gentleman that showed us how to use our joey. the lift itself is a godsend. I now feel I can go almost anywhere, I have been almost homebound for the last year and after selling our old van and purchasing our new I thought I might never go anywhere again, I called superior and they got the order placed and within no time at all it was installed and life has changed. our old Bruno lift was from the dark ages compared to the joey and how easy it is to use. thank you superior I would recommend you to anyone.
