My husband was on the verge of needing to take blood pressure meds for elevated blood pressure. I told him to give the Peace Super Patch a try to see if it helped his stress & anxiety. He did this for 30 days while he was checking his blood pressure twice a day. After a month he returned to see his doctor who was pleasantly surprised with his numbers. He told him whatever he was doing to keep it up. So, he continues to wear the Peace Super Patch today. He will never stop wearing this patch. I wear it too!

About 10 months ago I started using the REM patch which is for better sleep. This patch has changed my world. I went from waking several times a night and waking feeling tired.
