Mein Transfer war auf Compliance Hold für fast zwei Tage.
Es kommt wirklich drauf an, an welchen Sachbearbeiter man kommt. Erst hatte ich mit Fanta geschrieben, sie war so dermaßen unfreundlich und hatte kein Interesse mir zu helfen, sie sagte sogar kein Problem, wenn sie mich als Kunden verlieren würden; dann hatte ich das wahnsinnige Glück über Facebook an Zaheer zu kommen und er hat mein Problem in 15 Minuten gelöst!

Be wary if your transfer is put on hold by Supersonicz

I have used Supersonicz for years and have had no problem. However recently, I needed to do larger transactions and was advised to split the amount. That still put it in compliance hold. On contacting the company they wanted recent bank statements showing recent transactions, but when I supplied those, they did not seem to look at the dates I specified, they wanted wage slips and a copy of my passport. This concerned me because the money had been released by my bank, Supersonicz were holding it and they surely have access to my Supersonicz account and could see all of the transactions that have been cleared. In the end I had no option but to cancel the transactions because of the difficulty with the customer service having trouble looking at a bank statement and wanted one to show the immediate transaction, which wasn't possible at that time, for them to release my money which the bank had approved and they had on hold. So I now have to go to my bank to transfer the money from bank account to bank account. When asked why did they need all of this information, a response was not given other than we need it. Extremely disappointed with my recent experience.

It’s a Scam!!!

Please do not risk sending money using this app. They scammed me my money. I sent money to a friend and the payment was held as they claimed it was under compliance review. I have submitted all the documents they asked for which I believe are sensitive information ( now I feel very insecure and I had to inform my bank about a potential risk). My money has not be processed or refunded. I sent emails but no response, called but none of the numbers provided are working and worst of it is the fact that their agent on the live chat promised to processed the payment two days ago but he never did. Infact he kept asking for my payment number which I had to send to them three times.
I believe they are scammers and even though I will never get back my money I hope my experience can help cancel the app.

Send money with @ Supersonicz at your…

Send money with @ Supersonicz at your own risk. I sent money and when my people went to collect it they were told the system is down several times. I requested for a refund and they said they are working on it. Weeks passed and they said it has been refunded but I never got the money. It’s been a whole month, they still haven’t haven’t refunded and they keep saying they are investigating the matter. It was my first time using their services. Be ware 👎🏼

Betrug

Es ist unglaublich! Bitte nicht diese App verwenden!! Ich sendete 2x problemlos Geld nach Gambia. Beim 3. Mal hieß es plötzlich, dass die Transaktion nicht ausgeführt werden könne. Ich müsse mich ausweisen oder die Aktion werde nicht durchgeführt. Ich sendete kein Bild meines Ausweises. Ich stornierte die Aktion. Nichts geschah. Plötzlich war das Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht, aber mein Sohn konnte es dennoch nicht in Gambia abholen. Es ist 3 Wochen her. Das Geld ist nicht zurück auf meinem Konto und mein Sohn kann es nicht abholen. Ich sendete nun auf deren wiederholte Nachricht im Chat doch Bilder meines Personalausweises, doch darauf kam, sie möchten meinen Reisepass. Abgesehen davon, dass es Unfug ist, habe ich keinen. Dieses schrieb ich im Chat. Antwort: ohne Reisepass kein Geld. Telefonisch geht gar nichts: Nummer, die in der App unter Support ist, existiert nicht.
Ich ging schon zu meiner Bank, sie gaben nun einen offiziellen Suchauftrag auf. Das kann nicht wahr sein! Erst wird Vertrauen aufgebaut - ersten Transaktionen verliefen problemlos und ohne Ausweise. Und dann beim 3. Mal ist mein Geld weg. Betrüger!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Please spread the message across all social media channels. I transferred money through their app on the 8th of December 2023, the transaction was cancelled and I have not received my money since december 8 2023. I have called and emailed on several occasions but they never respond to my email. I called their phone number but it did not exist. They will put you on hold for 2 hours, their customer service Fanta and the rest are part of the game. I have sought legal action and my bank will be filing a dispute on my behalf. Please do not use this company to send money to your love's ones. They are scammers. Please, I beg of you.

Now if I send money is very hard for one to receive they keep roaming the whole Gambia. All those agents refuse to pay money and surprisely most of them say when they pay your clients is always difficult for them to get their money back.

I am Mudashir Ibrahim, I am currently having a terrible experience with Supersonicz. I have realised the re with them in the last months and during the registration process like every other money transfer I provided my ID that was verified before I made first ever transaction. However my last 3 transaction has being hell that I had to chase them before I am credited as I am transferring from my Irish Account and converted into Naira account. My last transaction was on the 21st Dec and when I chased them again they Fanta. Lilly asked for another ID which I provided and nothing happened until today again after promise that it will be paid by the end of business day. I asked for update and they requests for another ID. Is this company a scam so we can expose them to prevent other to fall into victim. We are taking about €150 here

You have only 48 hours to Refund my money into my account SZ5561821973
I did this transfer on 3/12/23. For like 2 weeks the recipient was not getting the money so I decided to call the office to know why, later they told me money can't be send so I opted for refund up till now I have not received the money in my account but on my dash board it's clear that it has been cancelled... I called the office they told me I will get it last week I didn't receive it's, so I tried calling the office and it's the machine that pick my calls and wasted all my call credit.
At this point I have released the office are not being fair to me as a customer so am just giving the office only 3days to refund the money immediately or else I have no option to seek for legal action against the
company...

pessima esperienza

sono 4 giorni che sto litigando per capire se hanno intenzione di inviare il mio denaro o mandarmelo indietro. Mi hanno chiesto documenti che ho inviato via chat via e mail e ancora non ho risposta ogni volta che invio una nuova email mi rispondono che hanno aperto un ticket devo essere arrivata al cinquantesimo ticket.
Situazione non migliorata ho chiesto di cancellare la transazione e nemmeno si degnano di rispondermi, intanto i miei soldi sono in mano loro, che dire ? Ladri ?
Ho letto la Vs risposta e posso capire che vi dovete attenere alle regole infatti non è quello che vi contesto. Quello che vi contesto è che pur avendo inviato la documentazione richiesta immediatamente in chat e tramite email me l avete richiesta e sempre la medesima ad ogni mio sollecito di sapere a che punto era il controllo. È stato talmente estenuante non ricevere mai una risposta ma sempre e solo che un nuovo ticket veniva aperto che sono stata costretta a chiedere la cancellazione della transazione, ma anche per la cancellazione ho dovuto inviare più email e più messaggi in chat

From the 8 transactions you initiated, seven were successfully processed and received by the intended recipients. However, one transaction, initiated on November 17, 2023, underwent a compliance review. To ensure a seamless transaction, we requested specific documents. Although some documents were provided, they did not meet our requirements. Consequently, the transaction was canceled and refunded on November 21, 2023. Please be aware that refunds typically take 3-5 working days, with a maximum duration of 5-7 working days to be credited back to your account.

Best service ever , and if there 7s any issue they are quick to resolve it .. they are fast and very reliable...they make you feel safe ..I highly recommend this service.. and also I recently won a prize from them Wich my beneficiary has received... This is not the reason for my positive review.. they truly are great .
