Terrible customer service, there is never an answer. The products never arrived. This is a vile scam. BE CAREFUL, avoid this company !!!

Trash Company.... Can’t believe stuff like this still happens.... They will charge you and there is a strong chance you may never receive your order.... Company shouldn’t exist and should be forced to close for illegal and criminal practices..

Essa loja não é mais confiável. No site informa que tem o produto em estoque, porém não tem. Eu tive duas péssimas experiências com a mesma. Demorou 3 meses para enviar o que não tinha em estoque, e ainda faltando os suplementos. Na segunda vez o mesmo problema. Solicitei o reembolso e não respondiam, sempre às mesmas desculpas, nosso telefone estava com problemas, nosso servidor de e-mail estava com problema. Com muito custo, consegui meu dinheiro de volta. NÃO COMPREM NESTA LOJA!

He pagado el día 20 de Marzo 135 € y hasta hoy no recibí nada.
Cada vez que entré en la página personal pude leer que mi pedido se está procesando. No había desarollo en eso.
La página en día hoy está cerrada, acceso imposible.

Han tomado muchos pedidos, cobraron todos, no enviaron nada y no han devuelto nada. Con esta compañía se trata de unos estafadores de 5 estrellas.
He reclamado a mi banco el dinero pagado y lo he recibido de vuelta,
Menos mal y gracias a mi banco BBVA.

Worst experience buying supplements online ever.

They strive for customer service but missed the bar big time. I’ve ordered from them in the past, but for some reason they blamed low staff and too many order fulfillment’s for being the reason I was heavily neglected.
Five days after I placed my order, having not heard anything other than the fact that I’d been charged, was when I received this email:

“Hello Robin,
Our apologies for the delay with your order. Unfortunately we are a bit behind and short staffed. I have taken a look at your order for you and I do see we are currently awaiting inventory of a few items on your order and are expected to have them back in stock by the end of next week. I will have a bunch of freebies added to your order for you with a shaker as well for the delay.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience,
Tom”

I responded with thanks.
Two weeks later, nothing.
Three days after that, still nothing.
Two days after that, still nothing.
Five days after that, I’d finally been ticked off. I email back:

“Hey Tom.
Having been a month with no product, no further responses to emails, but still having been charged for the order, you indeed should understand my frustration. I need to be refunded for my order please.
Please contact me and let me know if you need anything from my end.”

Their response was sending me tracking info for the order. After a month of waiting and just wanting a refund, they decided to get my order out. But wait! There’s more!!

After waiting another week for my order to arrive, five weeks after placing the order, I only received HALF my order. They made me wait. They made me frustrated. They cut me short and RIPPED ME OFF.
They said on the receipt that the other items would be sent out ASAP, but it’s been weeks since then (a month or so) and I haven’t received my items I paid for.
Supplement Central does not deserve my business, and from now on when people ask me about recommendations for products, I include that they should avoid this company entirely.
I hated my experience with them and do not appreciate their willingness to neglect a customer like that.

*Horrible* I Ordered online 3/22/18. After recieving confirmationed of the order being placed and notification of delivery within 2 - 4 business days here I am 4/6/18 with nothing. I tried contacting them by replying to my order confirmation email AND through the "Contact Us" option on the website and I still haven't heard anything. The emails were sent 4 days ago during the work week. I haven't recieved a response nor notification of back ordered items. *NOTHING* I paid them money, I havent recieved the items I purchased, I haven't recieved responses to the emails inquiring about the order and now I'm left to wondering if I'll get a refund since no one can be reached. This is frustrating. I definitely WILL NOT shop from Supplement Central again. I definitely WILL NOT recommend them either.

Unfortunatelly Supplementcentral.com are not what they used to be anymore. I've made few orders from them for the past 2 years and all was fine from the beginning. But since Decembe 2017 things went very, very badly for my experience with this so called "company". For my previous order I had to send them more than 5 e-mails until they responded, but this was not the worse, at least I received my goods 2 months later, so despite the awfull reviews I decided to trust them again (huge mistake which I will never ever do anymore! ) and ordered supplements for about 150$ ( + shipping ). I made my order early February 2018 and after two weeks I asked them what happenned with my order and they replied that some supplements are out of stock and will be back in stock by the end of Feb2018, and that was ALL! No more answer, no communication, no refund, Nothing! I've sent them so many e-mails, even adressed to the owner ( James Pretchl ) with no luck. They just keep my money and don't send anything, no tracking, no answer on the phone, no e-mails... as I see other customers have the same issue, so please, DO NOT make the mistake to order something from these scammers! Just find another supplement site, but don't waste your money and time with such a crappy company! And if you have already made the mistake to order from them, ask for legal advice on how to claim back your refund. I've sent them few time refund requests and they just keep in silence and probably hoping that the "stupid" cutomers will give up, but that's not the case. File official complaint in the Federal Trade Commission even if you are a customer from out of the US, but don't let these scammers go away with your money! And if you see a company registered with the same name _ James Pretchl just stay away. These people are joke!

I have ordered an item the 6th of January 2018, they are telling me since then the product is out of stock due to "oversold", but almost 3 months after they did nothing and continue to sell it online !

Sempre fiz compras nesse site porém a ultima já tem alguns dias que está como processando e não despacham, entrei em contato por e-mail varias vezes e não respondem, a pagina do facebook deles está indisponível, como se tivessem excluído, não comprem nesse site, acredito que esteja fechando

second time ordering online . first time products didn't arrive, I called and was told some items were out of stock so they were holding the whole order, i was never notified. mysteriously after I called everything arrive. this time placed order, received email confirmation. no products or shipping info for over three weeks. no response to my email. not able to get anyone on the phone. called credit card company as I was charged for the order..filed complaint and asked for refund. that is underway.

Worst service, I ordered a product 3 months ago and never came, The tracking number is no use. They don't answer your email. I doubt they never send the product, That's why I paid about $90 and got nothing. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Worst customer experience.

Placed an order and had to wait for 2 and a half months to receive it. Had emails ignored and when they finally replied they lied and said they would send free samples which they never did.

Estou com os pedidos #468763 de 11/11/2017 e #469744 de 16/12/2017 pagos e ainda não processaram.
Usei um cupom de desconto e disseram que eu fui encluso nas compras de fraudes.
Não me respondem os e-mails, não posso ficar com prejuízo de $173,3 por falha da SUPPLEMENTCENTRAL.

Horrible service, ordered a product 2 months ago and never came, they never provided a tracking number. They don't answer your call or email when I reached out. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Worse customer experience.

I order a product month ago , no package , no tracking number, no answer for emails, no phone answer.
First and worst experience.

If I could give his company less than one I would. I places and order on November 29 for rule 1 aminos. They charged our card and never received an email confirming shipment or anything. My husband called and spoke to rep and said items were out of stock and would break our order down into two 30 servings so they could send one now while they wait to get the other ones in (they said about a week). So we agreed and within a few days we received one 30 serving container and waited for the second. It is now 1/9 and we have sent two emails and called at least a dozen times. Every time we call the automated answering service just says they are too busy and to call back later. We call back later only to receive the same recording. I will never purchase from here again. This is asinine that he customer service is this dreadful to so many people.

Unfortunately this Company has changed I'm a customer from supplement central almost 10 years or more, but seems that they now are not caring about customers, they did not ship my last 2 orders and also kept the money, I have sent some emails asking about my orders but sadly no answer or justification. This is the kind of thing that I do not like to write about a Company.
