tried over 20 brands for creatine powders and caps. but with supplements direct iv found that it states on the tin that there is 500mg in each cap then when you look online it stated 300mg. so my question is how much is in each cap really because its important for us all taking creatine to know how much is in each cap. can someone let me know please
