Already on my finger—took me a bit to get through the box, though. The ring itself feels solid with a noticeable chill when you first put it on, which isn't the case with cheaper rings I've tried before.

If I could give it no stars then I would. Placed an order a month ago still not received my items. Tried to contact customer services with absolutely no response. Please do not use. Its a complete scam!

Had to give it one star to write my review. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Supuree. Horrible company I’ve been waiting weeks and weeks for jeans I’ve ordered , still haven’t received them. Customer service is horrible I’ve requested a refund, but it hasn’t been honoured. The jeans will probably be tat, if they do arrive. This scam company are based in China, even though they make out you are ordering from UK. Avoid this company.They are nothing but scammers. Socials are advertising scammers. The only ones who are genuine is TikTok.

Absolutely shocking return policy. I have been trying to return a coat for over a week. They never send any information on how to return the item. I’m furious

Please do not use this website. I have made a big mistake ordering clothes that look nothing the items when they arrive.
No details how to return , you need to email them to find out that the cost to ship back to China is colossal and then they make you an offer of a fraction off . Clothes are absolute rubbish and definitely from sweat shops , please for the hassle don’t buy.

Shameful placed an order for a white cardigan only to be sent cream obviously some one can’t tell white from cream , I can’t have a full refund but I can gift it to someone else or have half the refund amount back , I would tread carefully when purchasing, they claim all sorts on their websites but in actual fact it’s lies , idont recommend any one to buy from them hang on to your money

After completing my order I realised that what was on the invoice was different from what I wanted. I emailed and the team was very prompt with their response and my order was rectified before being shipped out. With such customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Scammers ordered items 30day free return and full refund.

They want me to pay for the return overseas or the choice half the cost refund.

Shop another scam company in cohorts.

Will not do anything at all still selling supuree items on site staing free return and full refund.

The advertise on Tik Tok.

Please do not buy from these Supuree and Shop.

Breached retail regulation and keep your money.

With False advertising and theft.

Supuree will not respond to us so goodbye my hard earned.

Do not order from here. Cheap nasty and when i decided i didn’t want it they would not let me return it even though their site states 30 day returns. In the end they offered me a £20 refund which wasn’t even half my order and I never received the refund. Avoid like the plague

I ordered two items from this company. One arrived screwed up and creased beyond belief. In addition it was see through and terrible quality, despite being advertised as “Smooth Fabric & 64% Sculpting”. I complained to customer service. They only respond to say “Your email has been replied, please kindly check it.If you have any further questions,please feel free to follow this ticket,we'll do our best to solve it for you” over and over again. All of the email addresses are different and none are from a Supuree address. An absolute scam. Hoping my credit card can sort it out.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Quality is rubbish, sent several emails for instructions on how to return, not had one reply! There’s no contact number .
Into the charity bag it will be going !

Ordered two lounge sets from this website at the start of May they arrived and the quality was horrific.
I went on their website to seek return details and it says that you need to email them to request a returns address (the returns address cannot be found anywhere online) and on doing so received an automated message to say someone will be in touch within 2 working days.
I have emailed them now three times over the past three weeks and no one has got back to me so have finally had to request a charge back from my bank – this is seemingly the only way you will get your money back.

Item was rubbish. States you can return but makes it impossible to return or contact. Buyer beware!!!

Ordered two dresses, quality was the worst I have ever seen. Dresses looked like two bin bags and would ignite if close to a naked flame. Chasing a refund which was promised 2 weeks ago. Absolute scammers, avoid and buy elsewhere!

One star is generous. Sizing isn’t accurate. Needed to return 2 items. I’m now on email number 15 trying to sort a return. Dreadful customer service. Don’t use!

I wouldn't even give them 1* but you can't give nothing, i ordered 2 pairs of jeans the quality is shocking and the shape is useless, you cannot return as the expense to return to china is apparently too expensive so they try to do a deal with you to keep the product and give you a pittance towards the original cost, I said i wouldn't of bought from them if i knew i couldn't return they should not be selling in the UK they told me to sell the jeans on to someone else,,,, shocking!

Appalling item, refusal of full refund. Jeans not even close to description and unwearable . Do not use complete scam
