Beware of Sure Lock & Key LLC â Deceptive Practices and Irresponsible Service
If you are considering using Sure Lock & Key LLC, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This company operates with a shocking lack of integrity and accountability. What you might not know is that Sure Lock & Key LLC is not just one company â it operates under multiple names, just to list a few: The Right Choice Locksmith, Up & Down Garage Doors, and Slick Estimates. This deceptive practice makes it nearly impossible to track them down or hold them accountable when something goes wrong.
In my experience, Sure Lock & Key was nothing short of a nightmare. On July 21, 2025, they damaged my vehicle by improperly removing the ignition without authorization. The technician left my car disabled, and the company has done nothing but ignore my attempts to resolve the issue. I have tried repeatedly to contact them, but all my calls and emails have been met with silence or empty excuses. They refuse to take any responsibility for their actions, leaving me with a damaged car and no resolution.
Despite my clear attempts to work with them, they have made it impossible to reach a manager, and their only response is through vague emails that lead nowhere. The lack of professionalism is staggering. Not only did they damage my vehicle, but they also refused to acknowledge the harm they caused. Itâs clear that they have no interest in doing right by their customers or standing behind their work.
I strongly regret ever hiring this company and would caution anyone thinking about using their services. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Sure Lock & Key LLC and their many aliases. They are nothing but a scam operation, and they will leave you stuck with the mess they create, while they refuse to be held accountable.
Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Sure Lock & Key LLC is neither.
