Surprise Adventure レビュー 

I love the idea of the surprise date book so I bought one for my boyfriend for Christmas and then a family one for my daughter. We've not peeled the family ideas yet, but we've done the date book. I wouldn't say the ideas are particularly exciting and some are very generic. The coding for budget etc is quite misleading. There are lots of £0 suggestions, but you can't complete the date without a budget as it involves resources like food or craft supplies etc. or underestimates a budget such as up to £20 for a pub crawl? There is a discounts page that can be used in conjunction with some of the dates, but the date number it corresponds to is incorrect on some of them as it's totally unrelated.

If we could give this a minus we would. Yes the book was good quality and in theory would of been fun.

We peeled 25 stickers off waiting for something exciting to come along, it didn't so we gave up.

Drive & get lost
Do chores together
Go to a charity shop & try on clothes.

Like come on!

We bought this hoping for super exciting, new ideas.

The most fun we had was laughing at how incredibly awful the date ideas were. Before putting the book in the bin. So bad we didn't even want to regift it.

I was really sceptical as you never know if products will be as good as they look, but this is gorgeous, the instructions are perfect and so easy to use! it's been a tough few years, my husband and I have disconnected but we are both committed to this book and we are hoping this time next year we will have a beautiful year of memories to look at. Also really quick delivery, a last minute gift idea! I'm buying the family one next! X

Great book with excellent quality. I haven’t used it yet as I purchased the couple’s adventure edition as a gift, but I’m really looking forward to seeing what it brings.

This company went over and beyond with a purchase I ordered. They were very friendly. I cant wait to recieve the family edition to get started to make memories with the family. I will definitely tell people about this company its a brilliant idea. A*

A lovely idea for a present. Got this item as a xmas present for a family member I was unsure what to get and I think they are going to be over the moon. Very well made and put together with nice clear instruction on how to use. Perfect thank you

I ordered the couples/date night surprise adventure book as a gift for my partner, unfortunately, when it arrives it was something else which I did not want. I have sent several emails to the company to try and sort it out but, as yet, I have had absolutely no response except an email to leave them a review! How am I supposed to review something I haven't received?

Lovely idea and all but my book arrived filthy, sticky spots of something on the front and back, also, the inner sticker pages were all dog eared. I sent photos in an email to complain but no reply. Sadly only realised this after a second purchase for a Christmas gift.

I have just started using this but bought it awhile ago. I was skeptical at first but am really starting to enjoy it. So far we've had a movie night and a quiz.

It's good quality and the design of each page is fantastic, the book came very fast through royal mail ,my partner loved the book ,he's so indecisive and this has helped and is so much fun and a great way to look back and see what you have been up too ..

I got the couples book for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I’m so excited so start doing our experiences. Thank you so much. I definitely want to buy more of these books. The book was slightly damaged on arrival, but I know he won’t be bothered by that as it’s so small.

Whole experience with this company has been great....the communication from beginning to end, the speed of delivery, the quality of the product and the price! Was so excited to look through the book when it arrived and can't wait to give it to my fiancé for Valentines Day and start planning some adventures together ❤️
The free photos from Snapfish were a nice touch too. Already recommended to quite a few people and will be doing a proper social media post once we get started with it as I always like to give a shout out to companies that go the extra mile 😊

I’m happy with idea of this book and excited to explore through the pages, but a bit unhappy as was delivered with squashed edges and it’s annoying seeing everytime.

The book is for my sister's birthday. Who I'm sure will enjoy the surprise in store for her and her partner
The product came quickly and well packaged.

Ordered the date night book, was awesome. There was a small error with my order and the customer service was fantastic all fixed and arranged with an added free gift as an apology for the error.

Wow,.. what can l say about this family run business,
firstly, l place a big order and contacted them with a few questions, l received a response almost immediately, My order was delivered by recorded delivery and within 48. Then l left it unopened for a few days as it was Christmas presents, but when l did WOW ... the books supassed my expectation the quality and care that had been taken and then
l found a number of freebies i was soo shocked and grateful. Thank you, Thank you, my family and friends LOVED them xx

Complete false advertising, the things that are listed as included DO NOT come with it. The books are designed around polaroid photos being stuck in after you do the activities. It states that each book comes with " 600 Free snapfish POLAROID PHOTOS printed- exclusive deal, I bought 2 books a date night and family edition, each claim it comes with this. In reality you get a standard link to snapfish that anyway can get no matter if you purchase their books or not but this is for 6x4 prints only which is completely useless as the books are completely designed around the use of polaroid style photos. Upon contacted customer service they sent the same copy paste email with same link that doesn't get what is quoted, will not answer any questions, then when I said I want a refund just said " Another one for free?" No. Now they don't respond anymore. It's false advertising and I will be taking it up with my bank for a charge back.
EDIT AFTER REPLY, You didn't address any of the issues that were raised and This is the link sent by your company (link blocked by trustpilot) in no way is that an affiliate link, you have no special deal with them, it's a free print deal anyone can use but it doesn't get the items that you claim are included SO It's FALSE ADVERTISING

Just received the surprise adventure friends version. It’s a joint Christmas stocking filler for my friend and myself. I’ve had a look through the book, it looks great and can’t wait to start working on the adventures and experiences.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Surprise Adventure! They went above and beyond when they sent me the wrong items in my order. Not only did they quickly replace the incorrect items with the right ones at no extra cost to me, but they also told me to keep the wrong items as a gift! This kind of customer service is rare and truly impressive. It’s clear that they value their customers and are willing to do what it takes to make things right. I highly recommend them for their great products and exceptional service. I will definitely be shopping with them again!
