POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. VFS sweden is so bad in replying to concerns that lead me to visa getting denied

SCAMMERS..! Don’t waste your money giving your money to this company! These people are on the scam. If you are applying for a Schengen visa that runs via BLS. You can go directly to BLS at 8am and buy the appointments from them directly. These people don’t really help and they will just take £179 to send you the form after this they will mess you around with your appointments. The customer service from this agency is the worse, they are so unprofessional and the so call manger called JERRY is extremely RUDE. This is not the kind of agency you want to be dealing with after paying them for a service..!

Sweden Visa made sure that my visa application are successful. They made sure that all my documents are complete and that I am well-informed before I come for my appointment. They are also very responsive to any queries that I need regarding my application. A 5-star work for a very good company.
