The best pdf editor/manager around.

Although I have a license valid until 2026, I receive an error message on the desktop application stating that my license has expired, and it didn't accept the key when I reentered it. As a workaround, I try the web application. However, yesterday I received an error message on the web too while converting a PDF to Word. Can someone contact me about it?

Very useful software with one weakness, the lack of ability to set or edit document properties. Excellent customer support. Discount available for charities and educational use.

it has already has replaced Acrobat Reader as my default PDF application. Lightweight and battery-saving. Still strong in features.

Before I hade a doubtsome experience of SwifDoo and didn't use it for a while, but recently I had to do something to split pdf files and installed the program again. This time it worked smooth and fast.

I purchased SwifDoo and was very satisfied, until it suddenly wanted UAC privileges. I asked support for help and an answer what it was about. They wanted a print screen of the message. I replied that I uninstalled it and wrote that they had to tell me why it needed UAC.
SwifDoo is such a good software, especially that it's the only pdf program that has smooth auto scrolling. At least for now.

Same as so many others, no working activation code, no response to enquiries sent to customer service, no response to enquiry sent to Facebook account.
AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Like many of the others here, this seemed like just what I was looking for in pdf editor. Paid for the pro, and it doesn’t work. The activation code when entered returns with inactive code message. Tried customer support. Ha! There isn’t any! Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more for something that works and has customer support.

payed $85 for a 1 year license, 2 days later no registration code. it seems like a scam

Downloaded the program. The disolays on my laptop are unreadable - very small. Contacted customer support and they are unable to fix the issue - told me to wait until new versions are released. Asked for a refund. Referred me to the (very) fine print that states no refund will be given on paid versions - even though a 30 day refund policy is clearly visible on their website. I would expect them to stand behind their product.

I can’t use the program. It crashes every time I open a pdf. They won’t refund my purchase. They keep saying to download a the new version of the product, but their site only has one version and it’s from August 2022.

This product looked like what I needed. I purchased the perpetual license, but then the instructions in the email for the download were not fully clear. I found a different set of instructions on their FAQ. Customer support offered no help except "just download it" type of attitude. The product simply does not work. It seems if it did work, this may be useful to have.
This reply below is two years after the situation, and it was never determined to be a hardware issue.

Bought this software and it doesn’t work. It was evident from day 1 that it is not fit for purpose. It corrupts the files and makes them unusable. I tried to get a refund on the day I purchased but the refund button is just a link that tells you to email support. I emailed support explaining the problem and asked for a refund. They just emailed back asking for more details of the problem, I did this and they still wouldn’t refund. They asked for a video of the problem I did this and they still haven’t refunded. Their website claims “hassle free 15 day money back guarantee” I have asked for a refund 4 times and they have not refunded. They have now stopped responding to emails completely.
