Seriously though, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review.

It genuinely means a lot to us, especially hearing that the support experience stood out. That's something we care deeply about.

We don't want Swift Algo to just be a great indicator, we want the whole experience around it to feel smooth, fast, and human. Knowing that the team had your issue sorted within minutes and got you fully set up afterwards is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to.

And hey, wrong email at the start, all good within minutes, and then straight into trading with one of the best indicators you've used? That's honestly the kind of story we love to hear. From a small hiccup to a great setup, that's what support is supposed to look like.

Just like the other bad reviews left recently, this is not a real customer experience.

The name DOES NOT exist in our system.

Just read the last reviews and judge for yourself. Every evening at the same time out of nowhere two negative reviews pop up, with perfect grammar and no spelling mistakes.

I encourage anyone who is looking for REAL customer feedback to check out our Whop reviews.

It’s great to hear that you’re seeing solid quality in the signals. that’s been one of the main priorities. As you’ve already noticed, the number of signals can vary quite a bit depending on your current setup (timeframe, sensitivity, and market conditions). If you’re currently getting around 3–4 per day, you can usually increase that by slightly lowering the sensitivity or adjusting the timeframe combination.

For example, using a lower chart timeframe often results in more frequent signals while still maintaining structure.

That said, it’s good to hear you’re already recognizing the tradeoff between quantity and quality. Many users actually prefer fewer, cleaner signals over a high volume of lower-probability ones, so it really comes down to personal preference and strategy.

Also glad you mentioned automation, that’s definitely an underrated aspect. Once everything is set up correctly, being able to automate alerts and execution can remove a lot of the emotional side of trading, which is where most people struggle. While we don't offer any direct support for it (as the indicator is originally made for manual trading) it is definitely doable.

Respect as well for your 3 years of experience, you’ll likely get even more out of the tool over time as you continue fine-tuning it to your style. And you’re absolutely right: even for users with less experience, it can be a strong support system as long as they take a bit of time to understand the setup properly (the videos definitely help with that).

You’re absolutely right, no indicator or strategy is ever “perfect,” and it’s great to see you approaching it with that realistic mindset. That alone already puts you ahead of most traders.

Glad to hear the entries have been delivering good quality for you over the past few weeks, that’s always the main focus. As you mentioned, the number of signals can sometimes feel a bit limited, especially if you’re averaging around 3 per day. This usually comes down to your specific setup (timeframe + sensitivity combination).

If you’re looking to increase the frequency, you can experiment with slightly lowering the sensitivity or using a lower chart timeframe while keeping your higher timeframe confirmation. That often gives you more opportunities without completely sacrificing quality.

But like you said, it’s always a tradeoff, more signals typically means a bit more noise, so it really depends on your personal style and what you’re comfortable with.
