I've been really impressed with my children's swimming lessons with Swim Now. They were easy to arrange at a time that worked best for us. They love Ben their swimming instructor and look forward to going to their lesson each week. Ben is really knowledgeable and patient with them and really great with my daughter who has additional needs. They really trust him. He always provides an update on their progress at the end of each lesson and they're making lots of progress. Glad we made the switch from another provider.

We’ve had a fantastic experience! My son absolutely loved his swimming lessons. His instructor, Ben, is incredible—he built a great rapport right away and made learning to swim genuinely fun while building his confidence in the water. I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking for a skilled, friendly instructor!

Elise (Milton Keynes) is a very kind and considerate swimming teacher. She is very encouraging and is aware that I have a fear of water unless I can either touch the floor or have a buoyancy aid.
As my journey continues with her I am sure these challenges will be overcome.
The only negatives are that 1) the lanes are quite narrow, and 2) the entry to the pool is through the disabled toilet/changing area. This is difficult if there is someone in there. And didn’t seem clean enough to use after my lesson.

I booked 2:1 lessons for my daughter and I. Our instructor is a lovely lady called Asal at Bannatynes in Chingford. Asal has been brilliant. She is a friendly, professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. We have learnt so much in such a short space of time. I cannot recommend her enough!

Can not recommend Swim Now enough. Asal is a wonderful instructor, she was very patient with my daughter as she got comfortable in the water. Now my daughter looks forward to her swimming lessons every week.

we had a great experience in swim now. everyone was professional and accommodating. my partner and i did the 2:1 lessons. we love our instructor Liam. he tailored our training based on our goals. he’s great instructor, you can tell he loves swimming and teaching. we came from not being able to swim a length to doing multiple lengths in a session. we highly recommend swim now and Liam.

Had a great experience with Swim Now. My swimming teacher, Asal, was very friendly, patient and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident during the lessons. I’ve really enjoyed learning with her and would definitely recommend her to others.

We have been having lessons with Elyse in Milton Keynes, and she has been absolutely fantastic.

My daughter previously attended group swimming lessons but had very little confidence or ability. After just one session with Elyse, the difference was remarkable. Getting her to group lessons had always been a challenge, but now she eagerly asks when she can go and is genuinely excited about swimming.

Elyse took the time to listen, understand my daughter’s needs, and adapt her approach accordingly. She made her feel comfortable and confident almost immediately, and her swimming has improved dramatically as a result.

I would highly recommend the team in Milton Keynes, and especially Elyse. She has had such a positive impact on my daughter’s confidence and ability, and we couldn’t be happier.

Elyse helped me so much I can’t thank her enough. From the taster lesson to my last lesson she was always very welcoming, encouraging and kept in communication when needed.
I only did a short course of 6x 30 minute sessions with Elyse and the improvements I have made as a nearly 40 year old man, who couldn’t swim, are amazing, I am so much more confident in my ability and while I still need to practice my back strokes I can now happily swim lengths.

I would highly recommend Elyse to all levels and also the spa/gym she is located in (very friendly staff who remember your name)

Swim now as a company made the whole process for me very easy and did not make me feel pressured to do any big long courses and made me feel in control all the way.

Thank you for helping me achieve a life goal I have wanted to do for many years.

Asal is an amazing swim teacher she is gentle and kind and lets you take your time when she’s teaching. For me i am quite scared of water but she makes me feel more confident when learning to swim.

Ben at SwimNow is a fantastic instructor. Communication was great throughout, and thanks to his teaching I’ve really gained confidence in the water. I was even able to swim in the sea for the first time on holiday — something I never thought I’d do. Highly recommend!

What a great experience thus far, I've had quite a few lessons with Fransesca and I've already gone from doggy paddling/ erratically splashing in the water to SWIMMING. It's entirely different to trying to swim by yourself, the instructor really breaks it down for you and all you need to focus on is one little step at a time. I am so so so glad I went for it. Best investment.

We have been so impressed with Abby in Milton Keynes! Our son has taken to her and to swimming so much better than we could have imagined.

He has 1-to-1 lessons, and Abby has been so patient, encouraging and understanding of his individual needs. We recently took him on holiday, and it was amazing to see just how much his confidence in the water has improved since starting his lessons with Abby.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with his progress and would highly recommend Abby to anyone looking for swimming lessons!

I was very scared of water so didn't expect to achieve much. I set myself one goal for 3 months: to build confidence and overcome fear of being in the water.
Elyse and Abby from.milton keynes were my instructors at different stages and with their patience, encouragement and consistent approach, I exceeded my own expectations. I can swim!
My techniques may be amateur but I am a very happy customer! Thank you ladies!

My daughter is 5 years old and has been going to swimming lessons since the age of 6 months. We have been to loads of different swim schools but now being at swim now is such a great decision. My daughter was swimming on her own after 4 weeks of joining! I would highly recommend it

I had a very mixed experience with Swim Now Manchester.
On the positive side, my swimming instructor, Poppy was absolutely incredible. She deserves a 5 🌟 rating. She was very patient, encouraging, professional and genuinely made the lessons enjoyable. The quality of teaching was the best part of our experience, and I would happily recommend Poppy personally.
Unfortunately, my experience with the administration and cancellation process was very frustrating.
I won't go into much details now and the issue has now been resolved, but unfortunately a much lower rating for the administration and communication around cancellation. I hope Swim Now can improve the clarity of their cancellation/hold policy so customers are fully informed from the outset.

Jasmine is an absolutely amazing swimming instructor! When my daughter first started swimming, she was really scared of the water, but Jasmine has been so patient, encouraging and wonderful with her. It’s been wonderful to see the change in her confidence, and she now absolutely loves swimming and looks forward to her swimming lessons.

We had a great experience with Fran! My son is a little shy by nature, so I was initially concerned about how he would feel during the lesson. However, the way Fran interacted with him was amazing. She was so friendly, patient, and encouraging, and my son absolutely loved his lesson.

Even after the lesson finished, he wanted to stay in the water and practise more! 😄

Goal achieved for me! On the way home, he was already asking me to book him in for the next session tomorrow! 😂
