I have purchased from this company many times over the years. It’s always irked me a bit that I have to pay for shipping, especially when you’re really not sure what the item is like until you receive it, but there is a lot to choose from an occasionally you get a good deal so I grudgingly continued to do business with them. Recently, I purchased three items from them and paid $18 to have it shipped to me. I was concerned that they were not going to get to me in time as in the past it sometimes takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive an item from them. In this case, it was only a few days. However, the quality of their items are inconsistent, and I didn’t like two of the items. One I needed to exchange for a larger size. They wanted to charge me another $11 to make a return and exchange. I would understand if I was returning everything, but my exchange was going back in the same package as the returns. If I took a store credit I would not have to pay for the return except I couldn’t use the store credit towards the exchange. I would have to wait and use that at another time. I was so disgusted that I returned everything instead of doing an exchange. This is not the first time I’ve had an unsatisfying experience with their Customer service. They send out multiple emails with competing incentives at the same time so the price is different depending on which email I respond to. In the end, I originally spent $97 and only got $66 back due to all their shipping and processing fees. So I am out $30 for absolutely nothing. I will never do business with them again.

Charged $17 for a “rewards” program months after my order. Couldn’t figure out where I had ever signed up for this. No confirmation in emails. There’s a clause on their website that no one can sue them for this. So scammy, don’t know how whoever set this up sleeps at night. Had to go through customer service who made me call a THIRD PARTY phone number to cancel and get a refund.

Charged three different times. The first time, they called me and said my order will not be delivered because their system messed up my address, so I had to have it canceled and replace it. So I did. The second time, the order DID NOT GO THROUGH, but they still happily took the money from my account. I was assured “the money will come back in 24-48 hours.” I try a third time, and I verified everything was correct with my address and all. The order sent through and the system didn’t capture my address correctly again!!! Don’t waste your time or money, because this company clearly just loves to see big busted women struggling to find swimsuits and scam them for all they’re worth!! You’re better off just wearing the bra and panties girls.

I bought four items and needed to make a return on one. Through their return authorization process online they strongly convince you to a store credit otherwise you take a deep cut on restocking fees. I took that option and now have a store credit. I logged on to make a purchase and there was no option to insert my store credit nor was it indicated on my profile that I had one, do I contacted them via chat. The agent told me I had to go back and find an email and somewhere in that email they left me a gift card number. I told them I did not see it. The email I had just said that I had a credit and the value, no “gift card number”. I asked her for the GC # issued to me. She said there was no way for her to access that. I asked then, “how would they know if I use the right gift card number if you had no record of it then?”She did not answer. She just directed me to me one 800 number which I called that agent the whole time was trying to get me to buy additional items for “an extra 20% off.” I explained I only wanted to purchase one item and I wanted to use my store credit against that. She said she had no record of the store credit and I needed to find it in the email. Again explained I had it printed out, but it did not include a gift card number. She said she had to switch me to another department. Waited on hold and then was given four options, all of which were to apply for a store credit card for their affiliate websites. She just dumped me to get me off the phone. I returned merchandise to them and they stole my money!

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER order from this company...
1. They OVER charge for shipping and actually make a profit from the shipping costs YOU pay.
2. The material is NOT high quality.
3. The only responses you get is from an AI bot.
4. I paid $80 for just a Tankini... they charged me $30 for shipping (was under 5lbs). There was an error and I had to return one and they want to deduct another $30 to return it !!!!! Thats $60 in shipping.

I feel so dumb for not reading the reviews first.

Purchased 6 bathing suits from this site. I usually purchase a size 12 but menopause has changed that so I order 6 size 14. Much better fit. Had no issues with my orders or delivery.

Í should’ve done my due diligence and researched the reviews on this company before placing my order. They never shipped out the products I ordered and have made it extremely difficult to get any kind of help or support. I’ve called 4-5 times and emailed back and forth about 3-4 times. It’s been a FULL month and still no resolution in sight. Please save yourself the headache and don’t fall for their “cute trendy items.”

Completed a return for over $100. Lost the email with the info. According to their representative they only keep the info for 90 days and then they discard it. My account has no record of that transaction and they referred me to the state of CA gift card claims department for possible resolution. This company is awful.

This company is a scam! I’VE JUST LOST $500!!!! The website directed me to place the order before I could indicate that I wanted expedited shipping, though their chat told me I could do this. When I saw the order went through without shipping options I emailed and called immediately to cancel or change the shipping but to no avail!. I was hold on the phone for 30 mins and had to hang up. My email wasn’t answered for 24 hours and it told me it was too late to change the order in anyway though it was only “ready to be processed.” It gave a phone number to call where the person told me nothing could be done. Now I’m going to have $500!!! worth of swim suits arriving after I’ve already gone off for my beach vacation. Other reviews say returns are unsuccessful! A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Check your bank statements! Swimsuits For All (Fullbeauty Brands) enrolled me in a "Member Rewards" program without my knowledge or clear consent during checkout. I was unwittingly charged $16.95 every month for 19 months—totaling over $300 for a service I never used and didn't know existed. Granted, I should have checked my bank statements sooner and more carefully, but I didn't benefit at all from this.

They hide the subscription details in the fine print at the bottom of emails rather than being transparent at checkout. This is a classic dark pattern meant to trick customers. Even after speaking with a manager, they only offered a partial refund, leaving me out over $130. Avoid this site or be extremely careful with the offers they present during checkout. They are more interested in hidden subscriptions than honest business.

Looked at products online, had a free 30 day trial, never purchased an item from them. Turns out they have withdrawn 18.44 for 22 months. $424.00 will not refund
money. Total scam company.
Will only refund 11 months. Admission was wrong, but won't refund total. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They auto enroll you in a rewards program with $18 per month fee.
I have my UPS confirmation of a returned item but they say their warehouse did not receive it, so no refund.
Good selection but not worth the risk of doing business with them ever again.

I know everyone says this, but if I could leave 0 stars, I would.
I was happy with my first order from them several years ago.
Things have SERIOUSLY gone down hill.
They will throw a ton of "discounts" at you, because the quality of the products are terrible.
Lost shipment? you have to wait 21 DAYS from the day they SAY they shipped it for a refund.

This company is terrible. I ordered a one piece suit and received a bikini 6 sizes smaller which I promptly returned. To date no refund has been issued even though they promised it would be processed in 3 to 5 days. DO NOT ORDER from them.

When you order from swimsuits for all you MUST read the fine print. First it says rewards are free but if you agree to free shipping you actually sign up for rewards where you are charged $16.95 a month. Very sleezy!

Ordered a swimsuit as a gift. It was “delivered”, marked as such by the carrier, but the building is a health facility open 24/7 and multiple staff verified no package was delivered.

I wanted a replacement item, but that is not possible—in fact, they will not even begin to “investigate “ a refund without a signed and mailed affidavit attesting to, among other things, that they will henceforth refuse to sell to you. Luckily it was less than $200, or you need a police report.

Scam scam scam… run run run. Wish I had checked here before dropping $100 on swimwear.

I bought a bathing suit for my daughter and the 2nd time she wore it, the clasp snapped. They refused to allow a return. They refused to provide a replacement. They offered 20% off one item in the future. Crappy, crappy customer service. The don't stand behind their products and don't care about their customers.

Loved this company and ordered many times until they cancelled my order and never notified me. When I received an email from them for a gift card I checked and saw they cancelled my order because the items were backordered. I knew when I ordered they were on backorder and was fine with the date. I called them and was told that I would have to place a new order. The prices were much higher and they told me to call to reorder and they would honor the original prices. That was a lie. I have since called 6 times and keep getting the run around. Supposedly the back office team would adjust the price when the item shipped but I was charged full price. Terrible customer service! Won’t be ordering again.

Bought a set of swimsuits, they didn’t fit. I was willing to return for store credit and tried again. Apparently they only keep info on the store credit for 90 days and then they just wipe their computer system of your order history and keep your money. What a scam!

Purchased a swim suit for vacation went in pool the first day and the part of suit in the pool faded so bad I was completely embarrassed to get out of the pool. The whole bottom of the swim dress turned white except for a few blue areas! I have never been so mortified. When I got home I immediately notified Swimsuits for all and all they said was they were aware of the problem. Obviously many people had the same problem and all they could say was "sorry" No refund no exchange...NOTHING!! Their products are not cheap! So myself and everyone else who purchased their products are just out of luck. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
