My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a short holiday in Luzern in April 2026. The customer service staff at Swiss Holiday Company were really helpful in providing exactly the hotel room and transfers we had requested. And once on holiday in Switzerland, everyone we met in the hotel, and on our trips on the wonderful boats on Lake Luzern and on our train excursion to Brienz, were helpful and friendly. We would both recommend the Swiss Holiday Company as experts for anyone visiting Switzerland, and we plan to return again - next time to Locarno in the Ticino canton - very soon.

SHC created a great itinerary with lovely hotels for my daughter and myself. We had a wonderful 11 days in Switzerland travelling on the excellent trains and staying in multiple venues. The Schloss hotel in Zermatt was particularly good but all of the hotels were really comfortable and suited our needs.
They booked our tickets on the Glacier Express and Bernina Express which are highly recommended with wonderful views. The staff were very helpful and provided a lot of information prior to our trip. Very good value for money. I highly recommend this company for Swiss holidays and would use them again.

I have been booking holidays with Swii Holiday Company for a number of years.
I have found the company to be very efficient any answering any questions, and their booking system is very easy to understand.
Great information is given in your pack once booked, which not includes your flight details and tickets, but also a half fare ticket for your train, boat and cablecar journeys. Long with these are a free train ticket for your train from the airport to your destination and home again.
Finally, they include times of trains for those journeys including platform numbers.
I have no hesitation in recommending Swiss Holiday Company for your holiday to Switzerland.

We’ve booked several holidays through the Swiss Holiday Company. The booking staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. In the past they’ve made alternative arrangements for ongoing travel and accommodation when our outbound flight was cancelled. I thoroughly recommend this company and will always use them to book holidays in Switzerland.

Switzerland was on my "Bucket List" for a long time , especially the Glacier Express. I told them the locations I wanted and the Swiss holiday Company got me exactly what I needed. Was even able to fit in a few more train journeys. They answered every e-mail query I sent. I had excellent seats on the Glacier Express. Paperwork for the holiday arrived in plenty of time and everything went smoothly. They booked everything for us. Not a single hitch. The hotels they recommended were spot-on. If I ever get back to Switzerland I will use this company again.

I've used SHC a few times times and know others who have done so too. A very good service and have already booked another trip with them.

We had a fantastic holiday to Interlaken this year (2025), fully tailored to our requests by The Swiss Holiday Company. They took all the hard work out of sourcing a great Hotel at an affordable price. Everything was organized for us in our holiday pack provided with lots of information for the region including an activities map which we found brilliant. If you are considering a holiday in Switzerland then I can't recommend highly enough The Swiss Holiday Co.

So glad I found this company, Switzerland has been on my bucket list for a long time but as we are not seasoned travellers didn’t have a clue where to start. Phoned the Swiss holiday company told them what I was looking for and they did not disappoint. Hotel recommendation was excellent, train and travel advice spot on, I explained I have a medical condition and they told the airline, saved us so much stress and even when we phoned up they were so helpful on the phone.

The company listens to your requirements and then acts on them instead of selling you just the ready made package. They always seem to answer phone calls quickly and send a detailed itinerary. When having trouble accessing boarding passes for the flight home we rang them from Switzerland, they obtained the passes for us and e- mailed them, making our journey home straightforward.
Would recommend them to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful country of Switzerland.

An excellent company, who always values their customers. They are extremely efficient with great attention to detail. Their attitude towards us has always been polite and friendly and thorough. Where problems outside their control have occurred, ( e.g. Covid, Hip replacement) there has always been excellent advice and assistance given.

Good choice of locations and hotels. Staff friendly and helpful. All the arrangements worked out meaning it was a very enjoyable experience. It is the first time we have used them but hopefully not the last.

We had a 2 centre holiday, Zermatt and St. Moritz with travel between them on the Glacier Express. Both hotels were clean and comfortable in good locations and the Glacier Express was excellent.
We also had a 1st Class Rail Pass, making several train journeys including to and from airports. Swiss trains really do always run on time.
Swiss Holiday Company planned our itinerary perfectly and gave us plenty of information to make our holiday a success.
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, we loved Switzerland, so scenic, and the Glacier Express Excellence Class was the highlight.
Would definitely use Swiss Holiday again.

From start to finish this company did everything to make our holiday enjoyable and met all our expectations and more. I enjoyed customising our stay with no pressure and honest information on costs and whether to include meals or not, so we were able to tailor what we wanted compare costs and readjust. Great information pre holiday on tickets, train times, platforms, information on each place/hotel. The holiday was excellent and their choice of hotels in Weggis, Interlaken and Montreux were brilliant. The swiss card was brilliant for all our transport needs. Flights arranged when we wanted from London City our airport of choice. Overall a great experience.

My first time with the Swiss Holiday Company and they were impressive. Recommending an upgrade to a 1st class travel pass made our travels by train and boat extremely enjoyable and well worth the money. The buses and cable cars were very good too. Our hotels were centrally located and offered all that we wanted. I would certainly recommend the company.
