Reading numerous negative reviews of swissluxurywatches.ch I was a little nervous about purchasing a watch from this website. Due to the low price, I decided to buy. After placing my order I received a phone call to inform me that the watch's popularity might cause some delay. About two weeks, later I received a notification that the watch was on its way. The watch was magnificent and everything I expected. A week after I received the official certification.

My order arrived with a small delay, but it was worth the wait. The item was well-packaged and arrived safely. I'm satisfied with the product quality and customer service.

I recently purchased a watch from SWISS LUXURY WATCHES and experienced a delay in delivery. Some Chinese company in China is using your similar name dealing / fake swiss watch scam.
I came to check as I nearly bought one but had second thought and I wanted to check before I bought and wondered if all people complaining here are the same.
One difference I found was they deal in USD and you guys deal with swiss franks CHF which seems more legit !

This company is a thief and a disgrace to all Swiss watch companies! I purchased an Ikepod and strap and confirmed the full payment on 7 August 2023! There are over 8 months of absolutely no feedback to my numerous emails! Shameful people disgusting all the Swiss names! Swissluxurywatch is a complete thief!

I just received my Franck Muller Vanguard watch. It looks perfect. I didn't find a better price anywhere else.

These people took my money for payment on a watch 7 months ago and after months of excuses and promises, they stopped answering my emails. Total theft. SCAM.
UPDATE Jan 12 2024: Now they are responding through Trustpilot acting like they do not know me and ask for more information as if they haven't lied to me in dozens of emails from swissluxurywatches.ch.
UPDATE Mar 14, 2024: Ten months after taking my money, I still have no watch from these thieves and they are not human enough to respond to my emails. I work hard for my money and they steal it. SANDRA, or whoever you are, it is time to do what is right and give me back my money. How do you sleep at night?

Purchased a brand new Ikepod from them - perfectly as advertised and very responsive team. Would purchase from them again!

Overall I am very pleased with the service I received, Sandra was helpful and replied to my questions very promptly, excellent customer service. The watch was dispatched quickly and was safely packaged. Their website product list could be updated more regularly as watches shown for sale can be sold or reserved. For the novice overseas purchaser it would help to have website instructions on how to complete the purchase using SWLs preferred international payment company.

Ich habe mir eine, CUERVO Y SOBRINOS HISTORIADOR FLAMEANTE, mit einem herrlich leuchtend, blauen Zifferblatt, gekauft.
Die Abwicklung des Kaufes, Verschickung, sowie die gesamte Kommunikation, waren sehr gut.
Alles in allem sehr Empfehlenswert.

ist nach Kreditkarten Kaufvertrag am 27.09.21 nach langen VIER Wochen Wartezeit am 29.10.21 in Deutschland nach erfolgter Zoll Abwicklung angekommen.
Die Uhr ist makellos die Verpackung wie es sich gehört.
Die Kommunikation finde ich aber gewöhnungsbedürftig bei so hochpreisiger WARE- nur durch E-Mail Verkehr möglich mit Sandra.
Sandra Mandiano deswegen nur drei(3) Sterne. Impressum mit Adresse und erreichbarer Telefonnummer sind ein MUSS.
Sterne Verteilung TOP ODER FLOP GEHT GARNICHT.

Bought a watch and everything worked fine. Easy mail conversation with Sandra who kept me updated from start to finish.

I bought a Vulcain Cricket from this seller. Due to a customs issue, I was faced with the option of forfeiting the band or returning the whole watch to Switzerland for re-exportation. I chose to return the product to keep the watch intact. The seller reached out an advised instead that I forfeit the band and they would send a replacement. Then they broke off communication, not responding to any of my e-mails until I informed them I was contesting the charge through my credit card company. They e-mailed at that point to say the band was ordered and I have not heard anything else for 2 months (despite reaching out). I’m 4.5 months into this process without a complete product. The watch was purchased as a gift for a special occasion, which has come and gone. Do not trust swissluxurywatches.ch with your money or purchase!
