visited office of synapse in india. its shocking and rare to notice that engineers work by sitting in their vehicle whether its two wheeler or four wheeler. full on music with full entertainment in office. pets of engineers have seats nearby laptops and its a zoo kind of with more than 70 pets for example dog, cat, pig, hen. overall, an interesting place to visit where engineers are capable of doing work with such a loud music and in the presence of pets. i would love to visit again.

As a client based in Dubai, I had a really good experience working with Synapse India. I approached them with a few project ideas that involved AI-based features and backend development, and their team was able to understand my requirements quickly and translate them into practical solutions.
They helped me build and refine systems like a WiFi security scanner and a networking platform with real-time features. we are working with this company since many years and am lucky to connect at last. we have our own designing team but i planned to outsource my work due to the technical challenges i was facing. they have great team and tackled my work well. it was a very complex work which i gave them latest and got it delivered on time. quick response with professional team. team was always available at our time to discuss. they understood my real problems and had put efforts.

Unfortunately, there are no negative stars.... This company is absolutely incompetent. I can only advise everyone to stay away from it. I unfortunately read the reviews too late, but I have to say they're all completely understated. I've never seen a project like this in 30 years in IT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would give them a -5. They are a complete scam. I hired them for a simple website build and paid for 15 hours upfront. They assured me they could deliver exactly what I wanted. However, after 9 hours of work, they were still struggling to create a basic feature on the WIX platform. After 6 hours, they managed to get one part working, but with significant limitations. I had to constantly redesign the site just to accommodate their limitations. In the end, I told them to stop, and within just 2 hours, I managed to do 90% of the task myself.

They’ve refused to refund the remaining hours, and there’s been no effort to compensate me for the money I lost.

To make matters worse, I received a letter from SynapseIndia containing two emails written on non headed paper as if typed in word: one falsely claiming that I had approved the work, and another stating that the work was completed. This email was completely fabricated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

They have created an email with the name Bark@synapseindia and scamming by saying they are from Bark they are not even present in the U.S,
Just scamming.

Horrible experience with this company. I'm not sure how their rating on Trustpilot is so high. I had the displeasure of working with them a couple of years ago and they missed every deadline related to our project and adding in extra costs outside of the project scope.

I had to abandon the project as the team lacked the expertise to finish it.

I am connected with Synapselndia since 2 years and working in iphone development. This is my third organization. People are very kind and supportive. They always treat their employees like friends and always take care of the situations. They understand their problems which is the best part of this organization. My team members and department members are friendly, kind and supportive. They are always ready to help their team members. Overall experience is very nice.

SynapseIndia has all clients from the America and they earn In dollers. SynapseIndia need all clients satisfied but not possible. Synapseindia says that all employee the load should work with the mind.

I intend to sue this company and I will inform ministry and all the economic counsellor of the Indian Embassies across the globe. They are thieves and through all the reviews here you can see the same dishonesty : I have launch a project : website and web app with this IT Company. We worked 8 months instead of 4, we got a buggy website and a web app unusable. We have been obliged to start from scratch with someone else.
Our budget has been spend for nothing, the deliverable has been put in to the trash and we lost one year turn over !

I strongly believes they do not care about the result, they just take project, ask for money, take all your time, honesty and after couple months, you get bored, tired and realised you are just losing your project because of them.

Most online reviews you see are from employees NOT from customers. I am a customer and the quality of work, communication and skill level is poor. I fired this company after giving them 20 days to try for a 2 day job. TERRIBLE SERVICE and then rather than admit they were wrong and failed... they blame everything on me. BAD COMPANY! Do not trust.

I am writing this review with utmost disgust and a feeling of being cheated by this company - I hired them for a small project for a year ago - May 2019 to be specific - even after 14 months - these people have not completed the project - they are full excuses and lies - and found them very incompetent - beware everyone

I have been using Elance/Upwork for the last 10 years and I have never left a negative review before.
The majority of my projects involve web-development so I am familiar working within a technical setting.
I provided Synapse with a very clear project specification, PSD designs for all pages, and a visualisation document to work from.
All that was needed was for them to convert the PSD pages and follow the clear instructions within my specification.
At every stage of this project the Synapse team struggled.
The hiring managers struggled to give me a fixed quote - I received 4 different quotes from 2 different hiring managers [the price only ever increased even though the scope didn't increase - I can provide evidence]
The hiring manager failed to incorporate key elements of my specification into his official contract. It took us one week to confirm the contract simply because the hiring manager kept leaving things out. I am starting to think he done this deliberately to reduce the scope of the work for his team.
The design team failed to test all PSD pages before submitting them to me for review. I found multiple errors with overlapping elements as well as scaling issues.
The dev team selected were really really poor.
They provided very poor buggy work - this has been verified. Absolutely no testing was done before work was submitted for my review. All testing was done by my team - even though Synapse initially promised that they would be testing the work first.
What's most concerning is the complete lack of integrity. On more than one occasion, the project manager tried to get me to release funds for a milestone, even though he knew that the milestone in question wasn't fully complete. When I told him that the work was buggy and asked him to revise it, he would quickly hash together a quick fix which was slightly better, but ultimately incorrect and still buggy. Because he didn't test the work, my team again had to test and return the work back to him to fix. As you can imagine this consumed 'a lot of time'.

I decided to continue work with another development team - starting from scratch. Synapse offered to assign me a new team, but at this point I had lost faith in the company as a whole. The provider missed every deadline and never once apologised or acknowledged this. The project had started on 15th April and 4 months later they had only produced a half functioning registration page. I was 4 months behind schedule and down $4,000 - I wasn't prepared to give the provider any more time or money.

Please be very careful before considering providers on Upwork. Because of the way Upwork is structured it is easy for providers to hide bad company feedback by setting up many individual accounts. What's more, if a provider ends the contract, then the client will have a very short amount of time to leave feedback. Many clients are unaware of this and as a result many client's lose out on the opportunity to leave negative feedback. When the client misses this window then the project will read 'No feedback given'. Please note that the majority of feedback for SynapseIndia reads 'No feedback given'. This is very very telling.

Update: Upwork allows providers to remove negative feedback. Please google 'Remove Upwork Feedback' for more info.
Synapse have removed this review and my 1 star rating from their official Upwork profile. It's like the project never happened. Avoid upwork altogether is my personal advice.

I complaint this company in police and everywhere. Full of fraud company. there are more india noida sector 63 and they have few fraud branches in delhi as well. in their portfolio nothing was made by them.

I really do not have bad words for this company. unprofessional, uneducated, lack of experience. lack of knowledge.Please do not give them single penny.

Yet another very bad experience. I lost a lot of time and money with the company. The quality of the work provided isn't good and the team are only concerned with getting paid. Look at all the negative feedback. This isn't a coincidence.
