I was often scared at the start of the coaching course, but I have learned that it is what we do with the fear that counts! Synergia helped me to rediscover my strengths and weaknesses and how to deal with them. Self-understanding helped me to express myself with clear intent and purpose that resonates with the people around me. For me, Synergia staff and Clare, in particular, offered me a course that is intellectually tasty!

The course has changed the way I ask questions, the way I interact with other colleagues, the way I work with coachees and above all, the coaching offered me a fistful of all the excellent tools and strategies that I am now using to run the Science Department! I can now confidently evaluate training provisions at our school all thanks to the Level 5 course from Synergia! Having researched local providers of the ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring, I decided on Synergia because they appeared to be the most professional, experienced and the reviews of the team and course were impressive.
My expectations were high, and I wasn't let down! From the moment I signed up to the course I could see I was not going be disappointed. Each member of the team has gone above and beyond to ensure my learning journey has been smooth, designed for my needs whilst also addressing the needs of others in the cohort. The practical experience gained during the course has been invaluable and has enabled me to become a more confident coach. The support I have received, not only during the face to face sessions, but also when I am back in the workplace has been of huge benefit to me.
