It was always a pleasure to go to Synexus as the staff were always so lovely and friendly but professional. It didn’t feel rushed as there were only ever a few people there.

A very professional set up for clinical trials. Staff were all kind and considerate.

Welcoming and efficient
First of all, I didn’t have to find the clinic, a taxi was sent to pick me up and take me home afterwards.
I was made to feel welcome and the procedures and time I’d be there were explained clearly.
When I had to wait between seeing different clinicians, the seating area was comfortable. Drinks and snacks were readily available.
I’d never taken part in a clinical trial before and was pleasantly surprised how smoothly it ran. It was all very efficient.
The people who rang me regularly to ask about my health were very pleasant.

Importance of research
I have previously taken part in a research study and was very well cared for, so I was happy to participate again. Monitoring was very carefully carried out by very friendly and approachable staff. This ensured any concerns are promptly dealt with. They were very helpful in arranging transport to suit my needs.
I am glad to feel that I am making a contribution still to society and all our futures

Staff were efficient, polite and friendly.
Taxis arrived on time
Tests were carried out efficiently by experienced who also appreciated that my contribution was useful.
Refreshments were appreciated during sometimes lengthy appointments.

Everything about my synexus, clinical research experience was First class.
All staff from reception, doctors and clinical staff attentive to my requirements.
Saying no complaints doesn't do it justice..First class 12 out of 10..
