Recently collected my Urus from Lamborghini Edinburgh and the whole process from the minute I walked in the showroom was excellent, dealt with Lewis the whole way and couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Highly recommended if you are looking for your next Lamborghini.

This is my first Lamborghini and the service levels truly align with how impressive the vehicle is … from walking in and walking out 1 hour later buying a car. Knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely want you to get the right vehicle.

Excellent experience when visiting the showroom. First time potential purchase of such a luxury brand for me and staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Totally different to an experience I had in a different luxury brand nearer where I live.

So found an Urus car I was interested in buying a few weeks ago.My finance was all approved even before making contact with this garage.Explained I wanted the payments to be no more than £2k per month and when they came back decided would probably go for this car.When asked for a video of car I picked up some creases and marks on drivers seats and back seats and when I pointed this out was told the car would go to the leather trim specialist which it did.
Firstly why was this not done b4 the car was ready to be sold at showroom standard and at no point did Lewis point these issues out with the seats until I brought it up!

Needless to say car went for issues to be resolved but took way longer than I was initially told and wasn’t even kept informed.Certainly not the service I would expect when trying to buy a car of this value.To be honest I felt like these guys thought I never had an expensive car before…clearly v wrong!
In the interim I found another car which was doing a slightly better deal and when I went back to them got no reply on my what’s app for almost two days
The most appalling part was when I asked them for their best and final offer so I could make a decision on this car the monthly payments had suddenly increased by over £400 per month compared to what they initially quoted and all they could say was sorry it was a fault on their system that did the initial quote.

Honestly never heard such nonsense in all my life.Absolutely avoid this garage at all costs there are plenty of others out there.

Our URUS arrived at the garage, with a minor paint defect, which had occurred during transit.
Sam Kelly swung into action personally driving a substitute car some 150 miles to ensure we had a suitable replacement vehicle until our new car was repaired.
Some 10 days later our new car was delivered, during this time we were kept updated on the progress of the paint repair as well as receiving an apologetic email from the General Sales Manager of Lamborghin Edinburgh, as to the inconvenience caused, all outwith the control of Edinburgh Lamborghini, notwithstanding this was appreciated.
In summary, customer service at an exemplary level

Purchased my first Lamborghini with the diligent help of Lewis Kynoch. Lewis sent videos, images, PDFs and lots of time over the phone to help us make the right decision despite being 300 miles away.

The process was incredibly smooth, all questions answered and more. The handover, although distance delivery, was the best I have experienced.

Lewis really went the extra mile to take care of our needs and I couldn’t recommend anyone higher.

Even though you may not be close to Edinburgh Lewis and his team will still take great care of you and deliver the car to your door.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from manger Sam treated me like a some guy of the street you want customer service when you spend over £350k these guys unfortunately treat you like a nobody. Cannot believe people would give these guys their money with the attitude and disrespect they show you I got the phone put down on me to.
