Tablecloths factory was fantastic, both in the quality of the products, the price, and in the time of delivery. I have told all my family and friends about them, and plan on using them again, and again, in the future!!! Five thumbs up in my book!

The size and condition of the slice of the trunk were perfect. An expert in trees commented that he was impressed that the bark was in excellent condition, attached to the trunk.

The Giant Monstera leaves were HUGE! and that made them perfect. We used them several times, for church socials, and a ton of birthdays and other dinners. Then, we let little kids glue them to their tables. They covered the legs and everything, came out real cute. Thanks and God Bless you, they worked like a charm!

The table cloth pattern is even throughout and it feels well made. Shipping was very fast too!

They state they make returns easy is COMPLETELY FALSE!! I've never, EVER had a company attempt to make me feel as its my fault or I'm in the wrong for wanting a return. My delivery dates were ON or before June 30, it arrived June 30. Not blaming them for me ordering it close to my event date- I did need the item on June 29 however when I said contacted them via chat and stated I needed to return it because it was to late for me, Callie stated repeatedly that it wasn't late, I never said it was late: I said late FOR me. She was extremely rude and responding as if I had pissed her off and asked her to refund it out of her bank account or pocket! Kept reposting the same dumb statement of it not being late. Never again! She was horrible and definitely need customer service training. I didn't even lose my cool bc I had to realized she was a special type of special so I didn't want to go down that road with her or even get riled up, but she did piss me off. Do better!!

The products I ordered were exactly as described. The color was not distorted in the photos and rang true. Everything arrives quickly and I’ve ordered from them a few times for table runners, cloth napkins, decorative flower vines and everything was perfect.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The positive reviews on Tablecloth Factory must all be bogus. Unfortunately, I ordered from them based on the reviews. I ordered $300 worth of wedding decor from them based on the reviews and I was sent an email saying I would receive my order on or before June 16. Granted, it has not been very long, but based on more recent reviews, and my failed attempts at reaching anyone from the company, I’m afraid I’ve been ripped off. They do not answer the phone - ever. Nor do they respond to the chats, $300 may not seem like a lot of money to some, but it certainly is to me. Thank goodness my wedding is still a few months away. Sadly, they stole $300 from my overall budget. If I don’t hear from them in the next few weeks, I plan on posting this all over social media to save others from being scammed.

The items we ordered were better than pictured and arrived very quickly. The prices were very good. I would recommend using them. In fact, I will be using them again!

The napkin bands arrived quickly and exactly as pictured. They were easy to roll up and secure, and looked beautiful for our event.
