I must’ve had a moment of madness and did not check reviews. Royally scammed - over £22 for two plastic bunnies in badly fitting eggs. These are clearly billed as cashmere bunnies -in reality - they are stuffed in the egg with fluff which may or may not be cashmere fluff?!
Shame on me and Shame on them.

Purchased a bridal hanger that was supposed to be gold wire writing. Item arrived with orange/copper wire writing. The bow on the top was cheap and poorly tied and attached. The pearl strand that was attached had so much glue on each end that it stood out. They only offered 15% and for me to keep the hanger. I am afraid that if I requested it to be corrected, it would come back just as bad. Not at all what was pictured. If people like this item when they receive it, their expectations in life can't be that high.

Bought 2 sets of cutlery in presentation box.
They arrived no boxes, was told when I complained they had run out of boxes.
What a rip off they were presents

I ordered a hanger for my daughter‘s wedding and it was terrible! Scratches on the hanger completely illegible writing only gave me 50% back of my refund. Terrible terrible customer service. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a hanger for my daughter‘s bride dress. I ordered a white hanger with a gold hook and gold writing. I got copper rating. It looked terrible and the writing was totally illegible. It didn’t even come close to looking like their picture. There were no periods between the dates I couldn’t even read the year I wouldn’t take a picture with this hanger to save my life.

I order mints for my my daughter engagement 5th March 13.98 the engagement was 18th ,still nothing not even. A reply to my email for full refund

I was definitely conned by the advert. I ordered two tins with what was advertised as a mummy and baby rabbit with access. What I got was the tiniest tin which the lid didn’t fit and two microscopic rabbits. What a con. I’ve wasted £30 on something worth barely a fiver. It’s about time these companies were shown the door!!!

I ordered two pairs of personalised Easter pyjamas for my Grandchildren: i was a bit worried they hadn’t arrived after about 2 weeks and I looked at some online reviews and feared the worst but they arrived and are lovely and great quality

Cant beleive i paid £30 for 2 very small tins with 2 very small rabbits in them for easter gifts the lids dont even fit on them terrible quality will never buy from this company again what a con

2 bunnies in a tin with a few tiny toys for 14.99 ...total rip off

Received my Easter rabbit gift tin today. This took 2 weeks to arrive and the tin is tiny. Once opened you cannot fit the rabbits back in and close the tin up. So there is no way a child could do this. The advert says suitable for a 3 year old but the rabbit toys are really tiny and unsuitable. Also I was expecting a pink tin it arrived blue. Very disappointed with the quality and this was not a cheap gift.

I ordered a personalized bunny. The bunny was ok. The embroidery was POORLY done, threads showing from one word to the next.
Have tried to contact them without luck.
Don’t buy anything from them!!
Photos clearly show that a beginner stitched this. Had I known I would have done it myself!!

Website says: "Custom-made mother and baby rabbit mini tin box. The mother and baby lie on a comfortable felt mattress, covered with a cotton blanket decorated with ribbons...also includes a cute baby rabbit bottle (filled with carrot juice) and a small pacifier as accessories".Well - No accessories arrived with the tin. Took 2 emails to customer services to get a response that the 'accessories' were considered dangerous but they're still advertising them on the website. Untrustworthy business! I've discovered identical versions elsewhere for considerably less. Shameful! DON'T BUY!

Item received with name spelt incorrectly asked for full refund only offered half so refused don't go near this site it's customer service and quality of items is disgusting 😡

Supposed to be 100% cotton and its not it is polyester, also supposed to be oversized again it's not. Very poor quality. Also took 4 weeks to receive

If there was zero stars then I would have definitely gone there. I ordered the two bunnies in a tin. What i received bear no resemblance to the advertised product. The accessories were missing. Tailorsgift response to my enquiry as to where they were was " our lawyers have told us we can't sell them"
I went straight back on the website, and the advert pictures remain the same. I was livid. Don't buy anything, its a Chinese company selling rubbish. When it comes to a refund , persist. They'll offer you 5%, 10% 15%, keep going youll get your money back eventually. Avoid this company like the plague.. con artists

Incorrect item sent twice, they are refusing to give a full refund stating no quality issue, despite me copying in their refund policy and pictures of what I ordered in a screen shot and also what I received. Their customer service is terrible, they clearly get away with this time and time again and just rely on the customer giving up the battle.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 tins with little bunnies inside. There was supposed to be a mattress, bottle and pacifier included. This item was misrepresented. The only thing in the “ plain grey tins” were the bunnies and a blanket. Tried returning and they would not accept the return…wanted me to keep it at a discounted price. Run…don’t walk…this company is a fraud.
