Don’t order unless you 100% know you won’t want to send it back.

As far as the product goes (the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1) they’re amazing, great quality and even threw in some stickers and a pair of socks.

However even though I went off the size on the website it was still one or two sizes too big which is always understandable it happens. Read their return policies and mine qualified for all of them, sent them one email got an automated one back then radio silence. Sent them another (they have a return expiration date of 7 days) same auto response and nothing.

I’ve filed a dispute with my bank (which will probably amount to nothing) in hopes they can maybe contact them but we’ll see how it goes.

Idk why they even bother having a customer service email they might as well make it clear all sales are final 🤷‍♂️

Ordered a coat that took so long to arrive.

I checked with the company as I didn't receive a proper tracking number. They said they'd look into it but I never heard from them after this initial message.

The item finally arrived and when I tried it on it was huge. I ordered a large. I'm usually a large (12-14 UK) but the item was essentially for xxxl. I got my partner who is substantially bigger than me to try it on and it was massive on him too.

Since receiving the coat, I've been trying to get hold of customer service to arrange a refund and they've ignored me the entire time. I've sent Instagram DMs and emails and tried to chat on the chat option on their website. They are have a 7 day return policy and since they've been ghosting me, the 7 days have technically expired.

Soooo bad! I've basically just bought an unusable item that's cost almost £100 and I've just gotta keep it now cus Taka are such cowboys and don't know how to run a company

I LOVE Taka Original. I’ve been shopping with the brand since 2021 and I’ve loved everything I’ve got from them since. Their styles are always bold and original, so I always get compliments when I wear their stuff out. Taka Original’s promotions, sales, and member benefits are INSANE and I’ve gotten some crazy free products and deals. They’ve also included some stickers and sometimes even additional products on bigger orders I’ve made as well, and always include appreciative notes. Shipping can be a bit slow sometimes, but it’s always well worth the wait. Especially with the “Off the Label” side collection, there’s really something for everybody at a reasonable price in quality materials

Dropped like $150 on a bunch of their clothes and they came in really nice. TakaOG has some of the nicest quality clothes/designs I've seen. HOWEVER, I was pretty pissed that shipping took almost ONE MONTH. I order two weeks before black friday and I thought that it was back ordered so that they could ship them all out at once; So I went and order the christmas exlcusive knit-wear and it took a little over a week to ship. Also, Customer support never got back to me in the time that I tried reaching.

All in all, super nice clothes but if you absolutely hate the cons, then stay off. This is probably the last time I'm ordering from them as their clothes are really expensive and the wait is just too risky.

Ordered a Jacket 2 weeks ago- have heard nothing from them despite chasing up 5 times. Dreadful customer service. Is this even a real company?? Jacket is meant to be a Christmas present. Can't send any more messages through instagram- I'd like a jacket or a refund - and a response!

I bought a pair of pants but haven't received the confirmation or tracking number.
Tried to contact them on instagram but no success, also they email doesn't work.

Mega fed kvalitet, har bestilt der flere gange. Som sagt, kan der gå lidt tid før tøjet kommer, men det er det værd! Det kommer i en fed indpakning, der virkelig fremhæver at det er et mindre startup, fordi detaljerne er i top. Har aldrig oplevet problemer før.

I love the clothing from them it’s really good quality but since I’ve ordered from them almost everytime something is missing. The last time I’m quite pissed I spent $350 during the Halloween grabbag special. I haven’t received the Halloween mystery set and I also didn’t receive 3 of the 4 items I bought. I lost around $250 I’m hoping they resolve this.

Quality and fit is nice but do mind the sizing. Got L or XL in european size and the hoodie I ordered fits perfect in XXL.

customer service was nonexistent :/

their clothes come in and are nice quality, but if something goes wrong / whatever the case u email them- at least in my experience- they never get back to you. good product (although a tad overpriced), terrible customer support.

Mega fed start-up og stil, det er kun gode vibes fra dem. Pakkerne kom fra Kina, så man skal lige være obs på told og skat, men så meget det værd ! Go kvali og indpakning og generel oplevelse er helt i top

Don't buy unless you are pretty sure of size and fit because it will cost you both postage and $18 restocking fee. So they encourage you to sell the clothes instead of returning. Ridiculous. Too bad as the clothes are pretty cool.

Shipping to the US was a bit on the slow side, but all of the products are really high quality. Like this type of cut is so hard to find and its just so nice. I'm definitely going to buy from these guys in the future.

Ekstremt fornøyd! Har bestilt her flere ganger og er veldig fornøyd. Veldig god kvalitet og ekstremt mye kult!!! Helt ok leveringstid, ca 2 uker, men er verdt det virkelig.

Bought a banging jumper from them. Kushty texture. High quality. Did need a wee bit of seam repair after a while, but I think don’t think that’s abnormal. Plenty of compliments on that garm too. I would say that their range is a bit narrow, but whatever. I’d recommend them. Try to hand wash though

Det er første, men bestemt ikke sidste, gang jeg bestiller her. Det tager lidt tid for pakkerne at ankomme, men det er jo hvad det der. Tøjet er rigtig gid kvalitet. Da jeg fik tøjet kom det i ziplock-bags, noget man kender fra off-White osv. rigtig fed detalje.
