I bought the Birth Senses set for my first ever Hypnobirthing clients and was so happy with them! The set perfectly complimented my session on anchors and other relaxation techniques and the mums seemed really happy with them - they loved the scent in the aromatherapy rollerball! Also love that the items come in a little pouch - so easy to pack into your hospital bag!
This definitely will be the first of many purchases!

It’s my first time using aromatherapy and I was blown away by how helpful it was in my labour. I used the calming roller/room scent during pregnancy alongside affirmations, but having some sprayed on a cloth for smelling during surges was so helpful.
I don’t know how it works, but it felt magical! Thank you take 5 - such a lovely scent and so grateful for knowing about your products now.

I ordered the pulse point (Frankincense). It smells lovely and relaxing but the scent fades very quickly.
I have also ordered the clarisage pulse point but have yet to used it as I am not 37 weeks pregnant yet

I heard about this company on a podcast i was listening too about pregnancy, I am new to using aromatherapy so contacted them via instagram and had a very quick and extremely helpful response. I am suffering with Sinusitis since being pregnant so was advised the best product to use and how to use it. The breath oil is amazing, smells so good, and it has definitely worked to clear my nose overnight! Would 100% recommend this company and will be purchasing again to try some of their other products.

Take Five Aromatherapy Anchors are an essential purchase for all of my mums-to-be. All of my clients love the calming scents and choosing their favourite blend is a lovely part of my Hypnobirthing course.

I also bought the Calming Power Pillow Mist Spray to create a relaxing environment for my clients, but I love it so much it lives on my bedside table. It’s heavenly and it makes bedtime so much more luxurious!
