DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!! Another year goes by and more decking boards are cracking. I purchased the Piranha Hunter Anthrasite composite decking boards 2 years ago and more are cracking in the sun. The boards were installed by professionals to spec and have no load bearing at all so just open to the elements in a garden.
Having installed hundreds of these boards I now need to replace the defective boards at cost each year as these jokers are pleading ignorance and won’t take responsibility for their defects. Total garbage!

I made contact asking numerous questions and Ian was excellent answering all my questions in a very timely manner. The quote I have for their slabs is very competitive and I feel very reassured to use their products.

My enquiry was answered within hours of emailing and the issue resolved within a few short email exchanges. Replacement blocks were sent out free of charge the same day to arrive just a day later.

I wanted specific information about my particular patio tiles, rather than the generic information you get on the website, and some advice about removing rust marks. Ian responded quickly, asking for photos so he could verify the advice he was giving was correct. Great! I felt like a valued customer talking to a human being rather than being fobbed off with some generic answer from a chatbot.

Frankee was absolutely great really quick getting back to me with a large list of composite decking and artificial grass samples sent to my home address as a talasey registered installer it's great to have a team that's fast professional and friendly many thanks frankee

Warrren at Talasey is excellent and offered informative and very helpful advice. You do not come across this level of high standard of service very often so very impressed.

Ray came to visit me and explained the intricacies of Porcelain paving how it's made rectified process all very interesting. Although we have installed many products over the years it was the first time a supplier has taken time to go through the process and provide product information that is useful to furnish our clients with. Warren is just the best communicator and resolved an issue where Travis Perkins supplied and sold some plastic caps listed below Timber posts one they didn't fit and also they are specific for plastic posts should not be listed with Timber posts I believe,anyway back to Warren 5 star customer service recieved,went the extra mile had them collected and communicated to TP through out to Daniel to organise my return.
You are the best aftersales agent and great at your job Warren pleasure to deal with you and will recommend Telasey to all.

Great product, great price. Very competitive price and the staff are very helpful, even though our order was fairly small.

Warren was extremely helpful in regards to some Natural Iron Content rising to the surface of a recently completed project. He suggested Talasey Iron Stain remover. End user has applied it to their Sandstone and they are absolutely delighted with the results. Thanks for the assistance, customer now has peace of mind.
