I booked an Umrah with Dubai package through Talbiya Umrah Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, expecting a smooth and spiritually fulfilling journey. Instead, it turned out to be a fraudulent and dishonest experience filled with cheating and deception.

How They Cheat Pilgrims:
❌ Fake Promises & Last-Minute Changes

Paid for a Desert Safari & BBQ Dinner, but it was removed without prior notice.
The final itinerary was given just a day before departure, leaving no room for questions or changes.
❌ Misleading & Manipulative Tactics

They deliberately wait until the last moment to discuss Umrah rules and regulations, distracting travelers from the missing services.
When complaints are raised, they use pre-planned excuses and refuse refunds.
❌ Pathetic Food & Accommodation Arrangements

Pilgrims were forced to sit on the floor to eat due to poor arrangements.
Accommodation and transport did not match what was promised in the package.
❌ Scam Tactics & Poor Customer Service

After payment, their attitude changes completely. They become unresponsive and unprofessional.
No transparency, no accountability, just scripted replies to deflect complaints.
