Although the company were excellent in terms of delivering the item. After our project fell through they would not accept a return of the item despite this being at their discretion and the item being in perfect condition. I had to ring a number of times to eventually be told we couldn’t return.

had serious problems with the tap i purchased ,i was under pressure to complete the kitchen before xmas so i contacted the company and politely asked for advice the guy said he would check it out for me and ring me back , he never did. i ended up having to rip it out of the wall and replace it . BE AWARE OF THIS OUTFIT 2 problems quality and lack of customer care

Fantastic service! I placed the order online, paid for it and realised I hadn't checked the arrival date but needed it promptly. I sent an email querying eta and had a response within 20 minutes from Connor (very polite) who advised they'd ship it to arrive for tomorrow- and DPD delivered early next morning! Just amazing service and one of the most quickest deliveries I've ever had on a standard delivery. Oh - and the product was top quality too!

Connor and Ian at Taps4Less have been great - I had an issues with two water filter cartridges that I ordered being faulty - they leaked. Ian quickly sorted two replacements and got them sent out at no extra cost and the replacements were a different batch and didn’t leak. Connor followed up my queries very quickly. Great service from Taps4Less and would use again.

I originally bought from Victoria pluming, they said 2 day delivery which turned into 2 months! ( after they took my money) Ordered from taps 4 less (which were actually less £40 saved) they arrived as promised next day delivery, i’m a tradesman so won’t be ordering from victoria plumbing ever again go straight to taps for less now better performance cheaper and they do exactly what they say there going to do !

Very helpful and fast when I called up to check stock and ask about fittings for taps. Very honest and upfront. Made sure that I had all that was needed. I’ve had all bathroom and kitchen/utility taps and showers from them. Top quality taps and showers! Great for hard to find antique/period look fittings. Fast delivery and no hassle with customs to rep of Ireland. Decent prices too. Only place to go!

I ordered bath taps with shower attachment. Order went through OK and taps received quickly. Then bathroom hand basin taps needed to be replaced and nothing was too much trouble for Connor who sourced me the matching basin taps and sent them really quickly too. Brilliant. Connor & Ian were very helpful. They promptly replied to all my queries about availability of aged brass Perrin & Rowe Tap, lead times, & delivery to IE. Competitive price on an expensive/top quality tap. Order date to to delivery date was 6 days (included free delivery). Will be a returning customer.

Company has an ie website but won't deliver to Ireland but still takes money for items ,pointless and a waste of time

Delivered to wrong address after I had confirmed the delivery address and was told it would be delivered here. Had to drive 1 hour to collect when it should have been delivered to my home.
Apart from that Staff on phone and email very helpful.

I had been searching all over Ireland for a cartridge for my kitchen sink mixer tap - to no avail. I went online and contacted three UK based plumbing suppliers with specialisms in tap accessories. Two tried but failed. However Connor in Taps4less.ie worked with me by taking my numerous phone calls, sending me emailed pictures with dimension of various cartridges until we got the right one. It was posted out and arrived in Dublin 2 days later. This saved me removing a granite worktop in my kitchen should I have needed to replace the tap, at substantial expense and needless to say a lot of stress!!
All I can say - Thank you Connor

This company is truly horrible. They pretended i signed for a parcel when i didnt do so, they refused to give my money back for months (including when done as a chargeback through my bank), i have send hours chasing them, they have zero customer service. The worst experience and worst treatment i have ever received from a company. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully i got my tap else where and have it installed for over a month, but taps4less still refuse to refund my money giving all sorts of rubbish reasons for the past 8 weeks. See line on previous feedback left below, that was over a month ago and they still pretend they dont know where their tap is, so therefore cannot refund my money. Complete thieves.
