Web-sit was clear & easy to navigate. Found what I wanted quickly; costs were clearly displayed; delivery date was very soon & price was competitive. When the product arrived it was well packaged & had a reminder in the box to check the product thoroughly for damage and defects.

From an easy to navigate website, excellent communication and customer support, to the rapid dispatch and delivery of a product I couldn't be happier with. Even when I discovered a small component was missing Taps Empire promptly resolved the issue FREE of charge, even though I'd ordered the item a month prior to that - a lot of bathroom related companies likely wouldn't have been so helpful. Excellent value for the money and I will definitely be purchasing from Taps Empire again in the future.

Everything was great except for the delivery company, DPD. They left the parcel on the doorstep and didn’t even ring the doorbell. Dumb delivery driver!
