Eddie dropped my taxibox off, did an excellent job placing them in a convenient spot

The delivery driver was polite and accomodating.

The delivery notification system was accurate and helpful as it gave a 2 hour delivery window on the day and then a 30 minute notification before delivery.

I called to book as I had a couple of questions, the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and efficient.

Overall, excellent customer service and a great product.

Really easy to organise, everyone was really friendly and Eddy was very helpful when delivering. Would absolutely recommend!

Our TaxiBox was delivered super-efficiently by their driver Frank, He was on time and was able to place the TaxiBox in the driveway with ease and dropped it exactly where we needed it to go.
Highly recommend using TaxiBox for your next move and if you get Frank assigned to your delivery you can guarantee he is super friendly and can do the job with no hassle.

Complying with instructions and being flexible with variations

The driver Eddie was extremely polite, super efficient and made this process so easy. I don’t have a single complaint about the service, it could not have been better!!

Our taxibox deliverer - Eddie is honestly a lifesaver! Our taxibox arrived on time and it was a seamless and stress free experience. We originally were quoted $8K for an interstate move but got it in under $4K with no hassle. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone.

Outstanding service from Lucas! Our property is very tricky to access (steep driveways, uneven asphalt), but Lucas was completely unfazed and had such a cheerful, can-do attitude. A pleasure to deal with, he answered all my questions with clear guidance and good humour.
