I have not purchased a product from here, but their shady actions while applying for a job speak for themselves. Applied for a job with these guys on Indeed, get a link like a week later inviting me to an interview. Filled out an application form through that link which is pretty standard for an interview process just to be told the day after "Don't click this link, your personal information is at stake". I messaged them with choice words of course, but gave them benefit of the doubt it might not be them. No response. Literal possible breach of information. These guys are as shifty as they come, I would not trust these goofballs.

Take it from a guy that doesn't leave reviews. Its not good.

Bought my son a gaming setup through bestbuy, Decided to go through a refurb option as i figured what better way to learn on something not as high end.

Arrived, packaged well, plugged in and blank.... PC had a warning flash and nothing else.

Called Tecdale, (toll free)
-number rarely connects and when it does it rings 3 or 4 times and auto disconnects
-emails, notta, zero, no response

BestBuy customer service : Walks away from any responsibility as they explained its a reseller and they cannot call Tecdale (believe it or not).

BestBuy unbelievable told me to contact Dell! lol

Currently it is at a local PC repair company here and I will see what the problem is.

I would very, very , very advise absolute caution as your spending your own real money on this product.

I bought a $1500 prebuilt PC from TecDale Group in November 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed to find out less than a year later that they sold me outdated, 6th-gen Intel hardware (i7-6700 and B250 motherboard) that can’t even upgrade to Windows 11, leaving the system essentially useless once Windows 10 support ends. When I reached out, TecDale admitted the issue but expected me to pay shipping both ways and be without a computer for weeks for an upgrade that should never have been necessary in the first place. I ended up buying and installing a new CPU, motherboard, and cooler myself just to get the system up to modern standards. Now they won’t even respond to my emails asking for a partial refund. Selling near-obsolete hardware at full price and then ignoring customers when problems arise is unacceptable, and I absolutely cannot recommend this company.

I purchased a refurb Dell Precision desktop. It started giving me problems and when I opened the case I discovered that they had removed all the Dell components and substituted cheap bottom-of the-barrel junk.

I ordered two pc from tecdale market place (under best buy banner) and that false brand blanket had be screwed big time.

1- the 2 pc ordered were received in timely manner but one was not what I ordered, so I called them and they told me that they did not have anymore and told me that they upgraded to different model.
I demanded to received the model I ordered, the tecdale clerk was not happy. and few 2 days later i received the new pc as i was returning to their fees the other pc. anyhow pretty funny that all of a sudden they found a pc to fill my order while they were not supposed to have anymore!!!

2- so new pc from the start sounded ok, but there was an issue with it but did not noticed right away . network card remained communicating after the pc was shutdown.. Big NONO when i realize i tried with a friend help to diagnostic the issue but couldn't

3- after not even 2 months I identified a second Issue, when computer remain on for a long period eventually it shut down by itself unexpectedly and yet network was still remaining on

so i communicated to tecdale and it took long time to get response to communication. so i wrote to best buy so best buy pass the buck to tecdale and response came back from tecdale (link to a video that show own to perform pc factory reset, I could not handle that because I am recovering from 2 concussion that destroyed my life, so I informed tecdale about it and they simply waited out sitting on issue (as if they wait long enough issue will go away)

so after a while I communicated to BestBuy they told me they were evaluating then simply pass the buck again to tecdale. tecdale replied telling my the pc is no more warranty.

I am currently delegating to a healthy person to represent me to pursue about this situation as i find it totally unacceptable,
This a the beginning of legal last chance for best buy to step up I assume that a pc must have a minimum acceptable lifetime and if they return to me into the tech dale loop again, I start the legal process against best buy and tecdale.

their name was used to influence a sale toward that vendor!!! they have a responsibility as they used their name to promote sales with the vendor but vendor failed to behave in an acceptable manner with the provided good

I have all written communication, all receipt, all audio calls (as they were made from my corporate line
leg work was made already as at lest 5 jurisprudences that fit this situation was identified.

it is stupid but it will most likely cost them way more in court than freaking reimburse me or fix the darn PC or change it.

I am not demanding too much! I want the good provided be good enough to an acceptable minimum lifetime.

honestly if the Pc did not have any issues starting with i would have fix the darn thing myself and accept the defect can occur, but that's not the case

now my freaking head hurts!!!

ask me if i will ever purchase from BestBuy again if they don't step up!!!

Tecdale hmmm not sure what think.... MSI MPG EZ120 ARGB White- 3W Fan, Magnetic Design With Daisy-Chain Connection, 120 mm ARGB Fan & Versatile Fan Blade Design - White bought 2 by mistake so I contacted them to change to 1 and requestedrefund for difference, They then told me they only charged for 1, But have proof Afterpay sent them 340.38, got refund of 170.19 after 3 days of Back and forth with them and Afterpay opened a dispute, cause Poof 170.19 is in the wind and waiting on Afterpay to get Back to me as I'm not paying for what I dont have. BAd Business Practice here as I have the Proof they got the funds from Afterpay.

I had an awful experience with Tecdale and strongly advise others to **stay far away** from this company.

I received **two faulty PCs** from them. After the second one failed, I requested a **refund** instead of risking a third defective unit. Despite their listing clearly stating a **30-day return policy**, I was told my order was not eligible for a refund. What makes this worse is that the entire "30-day" window was spent with the product in **transit**—being returned and replaced due to issues caused by **Tecdale**.

They only provided me with a return label **after I contacted my credit card company**. I was then emailed and told I would receive a refund **once the items were shipped** back to them. Now that the items have been shipped, they've changed their story and say the refund won't be processed until they receive them. The dishonesty is unreal.

**Their customer service team is evasive, untrustworthy, and lacks basic integrity.**
**Their products are faulty, and their return process is deliberately difficult.**

Ordered a refurbished Dell Optiplex computer and received in 5 days. Excellent service, great condition, looks like new, works like new. Very impressed with the entire process. Many thanks to Leo who answered a couple of questions

I recently purchased a Gaming PC from Tecdale, and it arrived on time. I had a few questions and reached out to their customer support, who responded promptly and resolved my concerns. Excellent service! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Called immediately after attempting to boot the fresh unbox up, getting nothing.
No beep, no lights, no difference after reseating the RAM like they seemed to think would do something as a “troubleshoot” when the issue is a DOA PSU in a falsely advertised fraud box…

They can start by answering the phone or replying to emails. I saw a product I liked, did my due diligence, had a couple pf questions so I filled in the email request. No answer. So I phoned. There was no answer. The phone cut off after 6 rings. How could I trust their after sales support if they didn't give a damn even before the sale. I bought the computer from Best Buy in the end, and they lost a sale.

I purchased a Gaming PC from Tecdale last week. The PC is excellent and it is more than I expected. I received it promptly on the same day it was mentioned. Overall it was a good experience and I would buy another Gaming PC soon from this supplier.

bought used pc off them through best buy over a year ago will never reccommend. pc overheated constantly doing normal things like editing a video or searching the internet on youtube..finally the pc stopped turning on so i emailed support after 6 months of owning the pc and they never replied..i called and they never answered the phone like 10 different times on different days during normal business hours.
