My VPN stopped working and would not connect. Michael provided a solution and quickly reset my VPN to connect and provide encryption. It appeared my System Mechanic Ultimate Defense was blocking my scanner from saving files. The technician did a deep dive into the matter and discovered this was a known issue with the scanning software after making sure other issues weren't the cause. Despite diagnosing the issue as not tied to System Mechanic, he took the time to review System Mechanic app for full functionality, find an alternate solution to the original problem, implement the solution and ultimately, solve the problem. I had been considering leaving my subscription with System Mechanic; however, after this awesome customer experience with the Tech Solutions technician, I have changed my mind and will keep my subscription. He was amazing!
