Mark called within the time that I had specified on the work order. He was very easy to understand and he showed me what part of the storage needed to be removed. I gave her permission to remove the movies that I had downloaded and it freed up a great deal of storage space. He also recommended a extra storage space of 2TB since I download a lot of files from You Tube.

Normally when I call for service, it is perfect. I tell the technician what is wrong and it gets fixed right away. I don't need to drag my computer in for a repair which is very convenient.
