Excellent work and customer care

Service was to a very high standard. Fixed my Apple macbook air keyboard... to a high standard. I was able to return it back to apple and them not notice it had any issues.

Customer service was Great😁

I was a little upset at my visit to tec surgery because I paid £59 for a fan to be fitted that turned out to be faulty.

I feel the faulty macbook fan should have been spotted before fitting and the job not carried out and not charged - considering I still have my original fan fitted I should get my money back because my MacBook issue is not resolved.

I recently had my daughters iPhone 7 repaired from Tecsurgery! They are excellent! They provide a pick up and drop off service too, which I used! It was collected from my home, repaired and returned to my home within 2-3 hours! Definitely recommend them to everyone!

After clumsily spilling a full cup of tea over a 6 week old laptop that cost over £1000, I was in full blown panic mode. I'd taken out manufacturer insurance that covered things like this, so I hit them up.

Spent 45 mins on the phone to a call rep who could barely speak English, who told me it was a 14 day turnaround and my drive would be wiped.

Having been so impressed with Tec Surgery before I thought I would give them a go again, and I am so glad I did.

Less than 24hrs after I got the laptop to them and it was fixed, without a reset, at a cost of barely more than my excess.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I think this is the 3rd time I have used them now and I have been blown away by their service, speed and prices every time.

Tec surgery is the best surgery for all your needs in technology and gadgets on Lordship Lane in Woodgreen. These guys are competent conscientious friendly and affordable. They serviced my iPhone Pro Mac laptop and iPad according to instructions and my needs. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone. I am extremely satisfied with their service. Habibi, the gentleman running the shop is extremely kind and professional. He told me they opened only 6 months ago. They fixed my phone so quickly, took them only a couple of days. I had my screen replaced and water damage fixed for a extremely reasonable price, I couldn't believe it. I also brought a laptop to fix but the motherboard was damaged, Habibi was so kind he saved my files on an external memory and did not charge me anything for it. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot praise Habibi enough. Very quick service and pleasant manner. A man with good technical knowledge and excellent customer service skill.

An advice for customers, please be aware that if you are using latest version of iOS, non-apple screens will cause trouble with Apple Pay. Replace broken iPhone screens with genuine apple screens to get it work.

Sent my damaged phone by post, reasonable repair quote received within 1 day of arrival and repaired phone received back as promised in a couple of days. Quality of repair looks good.

Excellent customer service, made me and my brother feel welcomed as soon as we step through the door. Explained what items we were looking for and had all items in stock, also recommended items that were better than what we were originally looking for.
