In my other review I said I would change my review if the situation changed. Ok, well, its now worse. I received half of my order of 2 t-shirts. My original order was on April 15. Order arrived June 10. The one I received was supposed to be X-large and it is huge, more like XX or XXX size. Ok, I can live with that. The other shirt did not come in the package. After several back and forth emails, I now have that shirt on order from 6-10 and it is still in the printing process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

If I could have done no stars I would have. It's been over a month,still no order received, customer service just keeps blaming everything on covid. I will never order anything from them again.

Print was great but bad tee Shirt and took a long time to get it

I didn’t have a problem getting my tee shirt my problem was that when I got the tee shirt and realized it was a Fruit of the Loom brand tee shirt I was not happy.. I paid $26.95 for a scratchy Fruit of the Loom. I will never order from this company again. I know someone that can make almost the same thing with a lot better quality tee shirt.

Ordered on June 1st, it’s now the 25th and no T shirt yet, it’s now July 9th still no T shirt

Ordered on May 14th and to date, June 22nd no sweatshirt. Don't know what the issue is, but not a positive experience so far. Generic response to my email.

I ordered a sweatshirt on May 7th. As of June 7th it was still in the “printing” process. They had everywhere that due to COVID they were slower than usual and orders were going out in about 2 weeks. That’s why I let it go for a month. After a month and no updates I tried to cancel the order but since they had “already started printing it, the order couldn’t be canceled” which is convenient that it goes into the printing process so fast and that it would be in the mail by May 29th. Remember, it was already June by this time. I tried one more option and got the same response: it’ll be mailed by May 29th. I finally opened a claim and they provided a 50% refund, which was decent of them and after another two weeks I received the sweatshirt. The sweatshirt itself is Gildan, so good quality but the screen printing of the design is shoddy at best. The image is pixelated from them blowing it up and not rendering it properly and the quality of the print is one of those that I know it’ll be cracking as soon as I wash it. Definitely not worth 40$. Not even the 20$ that I ended up spending with the refund that I had to fight for a month and a half to get.

I ordered 2 shirts a month ago and still have not received. No tracking number either. I sent an email and they did reply saying sorry but that was a week ago. Still no package received or tracking information. Do NOT order from here.

Awful experience. Ordered a poster and 2 shirts. Poster arrived smattered with ink stains and very very poor quality. Shirts have yet to arrive over a month after ordering. Have made 2 claims on website, no progress. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Great quality sweatshirt. It did take a long time to come in however, but im assuming thats due to COVID. I always got quick response back from customer service whenever I would ask about my product being shipping though. I really did like that they did reply quickly and were helping. Sizing was as expected and not smaller than expected like most places seem to be now.

While I do understand Covid has made shipping delayed, I would have given 5 stars if I had been notified of updates without having to reach out myself. I would definitely buy from them again though.

Teehippo has been a quality business to deal with. The shipping took longer than I wanted but, so has everything else I have ordered. I believe that was not on them. They did keep me informed of what was going on, which was much appreciated. The sweatshirt I ordered was exactly what I was expecting! Printing is fabulous, size is just right, and it's super comfy! Definitely recommend this company and their products!

2 MONTHS AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THE SHIRT I ORDERED

I have ordered from this company a few times now and each time I have been very pleased with my shirts!!!! And I would Definitely recommend them and I will order again

I wish I could give them a big fat zero! Does anyone know the actual address to this company because the one they have on their website in Indiana belongs to a hotel. I ordered $81 worth of tee shirts over a month ago and still in the "printing " stage.
I will never make this mistake again
