Ordered £25.99 worth of gel
Ordered £25.99 worth of gel. Used temporary PayPal to verify payment details and entered my address. Received confirmation of my order, but quoting an old address. Emailed them immediately to say DON'T SEND IT THERE PLEASE! Gave them my correct address. An hour later I received another e mail confirming dispatch TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Rang numerous times - straight to voicemail. No repsonse to any efforts on my behalf. I note their most recent news dates back to 2012 and the (glowing) customer feedback on the site is undated. Quote from their site "We do however have a huge customer service team dedicated to online enquiries who can deal with your enquiry promptly via email."............ Really????

Is anyone there ?
Placed an order and very quickly got an email telling that it had been dispatched. A week later, as nothing arrived I emailed them asking if they could advice about a likely delivery date. No reply.
Tried their phone line - no reply, switches to voice mail straight away.
Sent many more written communication via their web form, no reply. Raised a case with Paypal and a few days later my order arrives ! Still no communication...
