It’s an amazing and safe place, a good environment to share your problems and struggles. Teetotaltrial has helped me become a better version of myself. My life changed significantly in just the first month.

I joined the Teetotal Community in July 2025, I wasn't sure if it would help me but I give it a go. I can honestly say this is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family. I am 100 days sober and this is all down to the wonderful coaches and the community. Finally getting my life back after 30 years of abuse.

Joined this group when I was at an all time low and I knew things needed to change. I knew I couldn’t do it on my own and joining this community has helped me so much. I never been around such supportive people who actually listen to you and care. The coach’s are amazing and have learnt so much. My life has changed in the most positive way.

Best thing which has happened to me, hands down, joining the teetotal trail. It has really changed my life and i’m not saying that lightly!

Tried everything before this and nothing worked until i met Will, Chris, James, Adam and Anna! Can’t thank these guys and girls enough, great community and super friendly and supportive! Daily group zooms and 1 to 1s are sooo helpful, its unreal!

It will change your life!

I'm so pleased I found the Teetotaltrail. Within the teetotal/sobriety space, there's lots of different approaches, and you have to find what works for you. For me, this is exactly what I was looking for. You're part of a wonderful, supportive community, made of up people who are doing the same thing as you. You're given access to helpful resources, providing the practical aspect. The coaches are brilliant, and help guide you through the journey. For me however, it's the ethos which is the main benefit - going teetotal is exciting, as it drastically improves your life, and far more doors open than they do close. The programme therefore focuces on all the postive things you're gaining, rather than focusing on what you're 'losing', or getting hung up on negative and unhelpful labels.

Will and his team give a comprehensive and personalized approach on how to remove substances from your life, navigate through social situations, with a focus on how to reframe your identity to reach the final goal of building the life YOU really want.

Since joining the community last august my life has completely changed, can't even find the right words for it. I was sceptical in the beginning but after 1 call I knew that this was the thing that coulp help me out of the vicious circle. So grateful!

I came into The Trail needing a massive reset. The community that Will and his team have created gave me the space to be open and vulnerable, facing things I’d been hiding for years. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and the weekly calls became a safe space to share both challenges and wins. It’s such a rare, non-judgmental environment — and I’ll never forget my time there.

This community changed my life!
I was struggling with both alcohol & cocaine for so many years. It felt lonely, isolating & I was lost. I had so many failed attempts of trying to sort this problem, that was until I found The TeeTotal Trail. Having a community of like-minded people that understood what I was going through, coaches that were able to guide me, training, 1:1s & group calls for accountability was a complete gamechanger.
Because of the TeeTotal Trail program I now have nearly 2 years of sobriety behind me & my life has changed in the best possible ways!

I have discovered the Instagram account while being in a very dark place in my life. So i reached out and immediately felt the genuine interest on their side to help those who are struggling. So from the very first days since joining i could find the strength to shift towards the life that i want, which i never thought i could achieve by myself. The whole structure of the team works really well, what i appreciate the most is that coaches also went through the similar things and are now capable to guide and support, with unbelievable kindness. I found this community when I was two years sober and wanting to connect with likeminded people who were serious about living their best life. What makes this company great is community within it, it’s absolutely amazing everyone is so welcoming and supportive it’s brilliant.
Group calls within this community has such an impact they are priceless, as for the one on one meetings i can’t explain how special they are.
Im recommending this company to everyone I know as it’s just a magical experience.
Every coach is so special in a way they are all amazing, and helped me get better.
