Horrible experience. Did not receive my order 3 days after I paid. Got a refund and 3 wasted days. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Ive used Connexions here in Carlisle since they set up, and theres been no need to go to anyone else, because they just look after you.

My Telappliant service has been working in the background, anonymously, for years. There is rarely a problem, and on the rare occasion when there is one, it gets fixed quickly and without fuss. I was the cause of the most recent problem, but it was still resolved quickly.

Irritating that there was a bug and that I was not able to call an international destination initially despite having the destination NOT being black listed. Support team responded quickly and while it took longer to fix than I expected I wasn't forgotten.

Bilal Hassan the Telappliant's First Contact Team was most helpful and extremely knowledgeable for the issues I had in setting up my Motorola Radio System to make and receive telephone calls. He is a good ambassador for Telappliant

Very striaght forward ordering, open and honest about the price and services included. Amazing provisioning team, worked with me at every step to ensure we got everything we needed and operational on port day.

Every time I contact the company (which to be fair isn't often at all a handful in the 10+ years we've been with them) the service has been second to none.
All the staff are totally customer service driven and know their stuff!
Call outs are within hours not days and the guys are on site until everything is 100% - 99% isn't good enough for these guys.
Finally boss man Warren-what a legend. Visits every year just for a check in to make sure everything's running as it should be and always has a holiday story to share... I've booked a few on the back of his tales..

I have used Telappliant for over 4 years and am delighted with the service provided and the tech support. I am also engaged by the fact that unlike other providers they do not impose an automatic cost of living increase.

I needed to trace an important phonecall that I had made just over one year ago and the online call history only goes back three months.

The support staff went beyond the call of duty in finding this information and supplying it in CSV spreadsheet format.

Received a very quick response to my query from IT Support, and my problem was solved within a few minutes.

Poor service from start to end. They don’t call back on time and never admit fault just make excuses and blame each other. Very tiring.
