My wife and I want to thank you for your much valued advice when you advised us to switch off the switch connected to the thermostat on our hot water cylinder.
As you know we are a retired couple and recently had our home totally renovated with new roof , underfloor heating and all walls and attic insulated.
So you can imagine how we felt when receiving our last Electricity and Gas bills ranging between €1500 and €1300 every two months for the last 6 months

I'm an designer, new build / residential. I often need to finalise heating / hot water specifications for clients. For my current project, Telford's technical advisor provided a specification, within 24-hours, that will enable my client to install a hot water / heat pump system in a 20M2 studio which has just enough space in the eaves for a hot water tank. Good work, Telford.

Having fitted many Telford cylinders over the years, I have now had three or four interactions with customer service. Most recently I needed some technical advice. I called the technical help line number, it was answered instantly by Sean who couldn’t have been more helpful. Unprompted, he offered to email me the details of our exchange, which he did within 2 minutes. On another occasion when I had an issue with an item, the team pulled out all the stops to get things sorted in short order, and all done in an extremely friendly manner. They are a proper old school company, where nothing is too much trouble. By far, my number one choice for cylinders.

Amazing help from Sean, our water heater was making noises and he did all he could to understand the problem and give us a possible solution!! always got back to me promptly and with answers to all our questions, first class service, thank you Sean

Pleasantly surprised.
After speaking to so many people this morning and given conflicting information I decided to speak to Telford directly. I spoke with a gentleman named Sean (Reynolds) who helped me determine the correct boiler I needed (I was looking at the wrong thing that god I didn’t buy it!) and even provided me with details about the boiler via email. He also guided me to where I may find local installers as I didn’t have a clue where to start. Thank you for all your help, definitely going with Telford after this.

I had a problem with a tank that I had fitted 2 yrs ago. Unfortunately I also had a terrible experience with the plumber I had used.
I was not holding out much hope but thought it was worth a try since contacted company ti see if they would be able to help as I was unable to contact the plumber I had used
Wow, I was absolutely blown away by the support I received. They listened to my problem, guided me through what was required, kept me up to date all the way through and helped with resolution. I have never received such outstanding service and all who assisted me are an absolute credit.

I was shopping around and seeking some technical advice I had already spoken to a couple of manufactures . I suddenly came across Telford group. Gave them a call . Never had to wait alot which was a surprise.
