Gave him the spec I needed and within minutes he had found the cylinder I needed for the job and sent over the details.

An independent heating engineer installed a Telford thermal heat store for my brother in law and left without any instructions or paperwork. The system didn’t work as it should and the heating engineer wouldn’t come back. I contacted Sean in the technical department and explained the problem. He was extremely helpful and patient. He advised us how the system worked and how to set up the thermostats correctly. The system now works as it should. Thanks Sean.

I work for a major manufacturing company that made unvented cylinders, a couple I know have had there cylinders leak , I was asked by them to have a look and could see why these Telford cylinders fail and how they even pass regulations on this cylinder, the process is in my opinion a no go , inner cylinder is formed to slot in to the dished ends then welded from the outside to the inside, oxidation on inner welding, exposed inner wrapper which is crazy so not completely sealed, bosses are pushed through a pulled hole and only welded on outer flare,all joints should be butt welded for a hygienic seal and strength

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Telford Group. For 2 years, none of the multiple plumbers I asked for help have been able to diagnose the issue that was making my life misery... ( loud humming noise ). On a late Friday afternoon, I got the idea to contact Telford by email: within 5 minutes, I received an answer, and a plumber was booked for the Monday morning. Problem solved, I could not be happier. Impeccable service! Big Thank you to the team!

Telford really have been amazing at sorting out the issues left by greener living. Both with a leaking tank last august and more recently helping me diagnose and resolve my tank sterilisation issues.

Miles Bloor went above and beyond by walking me through it and getting the parts sorted.

Gives me alot of assurance in the industry.

Replaced our water boiler last year in orion building
Left not working correctly electrically called said it was outside there skillset
I checked myself 2 minutes loose wire on boost switch to fix
Would not recommend at all

Superb customer service. Sean from the technical was awesome - from the point of enquiry he was friendly and informative. He took time explaining the issue I had with the pressure vessel. Sean reassured the fault would be resolved. He even checked in with me following the engineer visit to check the fault was fixed. Caroline from the service booking team was great. Kept in touch and updated me throughout the booking process. Excellent service, highly recommend this company.

Having recently moved into a new build where the building managers assured us the boilers were registered for their warranty, to finding out that they in fact weren’t. Marie and Caroline went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue quickly and efficiently. I honestly can’t rave enough about how easy they made it to resolve the issue!

Great customer service.

Awful customer service and shocking prices. I recently had my immersion heater serviced and fixed Jan 2024. Had to pay £150 just for a call out fee and then pay extra for parts. Immersion heater was fixed and less than two weeks later its now not working.

Due to there 7 day policy. If i want the immersion heater fixed through there mistakes I'll have to pay another £100 call out fee and then the extra £ for payments.

Even if I had called within the 7 day window they wouldn't be able to send someone out until April.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GO LOCAL AND INDEPENDENT.

Sean gave me very useful information, invaluable when I am about to have my cylinder serviced. Very patient and helpful with me sending photos of different labels.
