Awful uneducated priveladged owner who stands on the wrong side of history

Ive ordered from there site two months ago a very expensive gown and requested a return which was approved to my surprise i had to pay for the return almost a 150$ i assumed they will pay it back especially since i got the instructions from them to use dhl service i attached the bill with the dress and it was shipped back and nothing , no updates or anything it took weeks for them to respond that it arrived ! they refused to return the shipping fee and they didn't return the amount i paid for the dress they've been staling for over a month and admitted to having “difficulties with refunds “ horrible experience very concerning and unprofessional

She’s so kind and her attention to detail of your request is exceptional. She always respond my questions. She’s the star of my experience with her helpful recommendation. I bought a raincoat from Temperley London. Excellent quality! Very happy with my purchase.
I am a regular online shopper but the service I have got from Temperley London is by far the best.

Omg this is the most awful firm I’ve ordered from, please be aware. You can’t contact them, they don’t deliver what you’ve ordered. So glad I paid on credit card, I had a feeling they were not legitimate website. The reply from you isn’t the truth, email me the tracking numbers !!!! It doesn’t even show dispatched on one of them. Even after numerous contact on my side you haven’t sorted this out. Show me the pictures of it being delivered, I haven’t received anything update !!! They have admitted one item hasn’t been sent, they have no tracking for the item and will refund in due course. That was a week ago and now not answering my emails. Second order has been lost, not refund as of yet. So please be careful with this firm. You have no contact with customer services. I’m not sure how this is going to end but I will keep updating.

Excellent service: the best I have ever see. I am a regular shopper from various brands but the service I have got from Temperley is by far the best.

I came up from the country especially for a bridal appointment with my daughter. She took a half day off work and we arrived at Margaret street. We were informed that the showroom was closed and was being updated. We were initially made to feel it was our fault as we had not had a confirmation email and therefore we had not received a cancellation email. My daughter duly produced a confirmation email from Maria. I rang customer services and Ivana was sympathetic and I suggested it would be polite for Maria to apologise to my daughter for not cancelling. We have heard nothing!
We have found the perfect wedding dress elsewhere and will not be setting foot in Temperley again.
Shame as I have 4 daughters.
I had to leave 1 star in order to leave a review but it should read 0 star.

Firstly I was unimpressed the minute I walked through the door as they told me they had "run out of prosecco" considering I paid for the appointment the least I expected was a glass of prosecco for me and my guests and even let them know of this in advance by email. To be offered red wine, tea or water really ruined the celebratory experience for me and immediately made me feel unvalued.

Then I was asked what shoe size I was and I said 6 so I was told which shoes to wear with the dresses. I politely declined saying my fiancé is shorter than me and I plan to wear flats or a very small heel so would feel best to try on dresses without the massive heels she offered! She rudely said I MUST wear heels and tutted at me, which made me feel really uncomfortable.

I'd also emailed in advance suggesting 5 dresses to try, not one of these was ready waiting for me she wanted me to go through and pick ones (I had already done this by email!)

Finally when I found a dress that I liked she got us to guess the price which I thought was very unprofessional and again made me very uncomfortable. Overall a very disappointing visit and I will certainly not be buying from here.

Leaving 2 stars as despite the awful experience, the dresses were beautiful if somewhat overpriced!

Amazing experience. Placed 2 orders for 2 beautiful items. The parcels arrived (by default) the day after and all the packaging and accompanying documents were in great order. Great service from a great brand, that I always loved.
