Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. I recently visited Tenpin Acton with my family and was very disappointed with the customer service we received. When we arrived at the desk, the staff member did not acknowledge or greet us at all. Although my booking had already been made online, we still needed to check in, and all she said was “Lane 12” with no smile, no thank you, and no basic level of customer service. It genuinely felt like she did not want to be there.
Unfortunately, this is not the first bad experience I have had at this branch. I believe the site manager should carry out proper service checks and provide appropriate coaching and feedback to the team. Recruitment and staff attitude may also need to be reviewed.
Tenpin is a place where families come to spend quality time together, especially with young children. Children learn from the behaviour they see around them, and customer service plays a huge part in creating a positive family environment. Bowling is not just a game, it is an experience for families, and sadly this visit did not feel welcoming at all.

Good experience
First time there, we signed up for laser tag, the kids loved it. The place has a good vibe and the staff were friendly and professional.

ordering food was not the a good choice, £10.50 for frozen Tesco pizza, In fact sainsbury frozen pizza taste better. very disappointing.

Thursday bad experience
Thursday evening. Asked if there was any offers on. Lady said no and charged me and my friend £21 each (£42)for 2 games of bowling which I thought was excessive. We then spent £8 each on a burger meal which took 30 minutes.
I then saw advertised all over the lane screens that you can get 2 games of bowling and a burger meal for £10 each.
So spent pretty much spent £58 when we could have paid £20 and the burger was trash.
Left feeling like I was robbed
Arcade was fun
