Stay away, charge very High price without giving actual bills and their repair in £50 is totally scam when you get there they say it's diagnosis charge only the fun part was I asked them the details about diagnosis they were unclear and said basics stuff bruhh stay away from this!

I had lots of security issues with my Samsung android mobile and tablet. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted, I witnessed how the person was helping a young child with her mobile and he was playful but also explained the problem and what nor yo do. I came to the right store. They fixed all my issues and also helped prevent other possible incidents. Very happy with my service. Thanks to all in Terabyte Electronics

When I broke the screen on my laptop I found this place with outstanding reviews and after visiting other repair shops I decided to get it repaired at Terabyte Electronics. They fixed my screen within a day and it could not have been done any better. Sammy gave me the best advice and made me feel at ease about the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for any repair!

I took my gaming PC to Terabyte as I was having an issue turning the PC on.
The team there repaired the motherboard and diagnosed it to a shortage causing issues.
From drop off to pick up was less than a week and I was updated throughout.
Very well priced too.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Terabyte. On 9 November, I contacted them about repairing my laptop, which had a flashlight issue. They assured me the diagnosis and repair would take no more than 2–3 days, so I trusted them and left my laptop with them on 10 November.
Despite this assurance, the process dragged on for over 15 days, involving multiple delays, false promises, and no real resolution. I paid £42 upfront after the first visit and later an additional £184, bringing the total to £226. After all this time and money, they gave me back the laptop with the same issue I initially brought it in to repair.
To make things worse, they immediately replaced my original HP screen, claiming that it was the cause of the flashlight issue. However, after all their failed attempts, it’s clear this wasn’t the problem at all, because the laptop still has the same issue. If they had done a proper diagnosis, this could have been avoided entirely.
How can you trust a company that makes you pay £226, changes your original parts unnecessarily, and returns your laptop with the same problem? They failed to comply with their promises and demonstrated poor technical knowledge.
I’ll leave the conclusions to others, but I strongly advise against trusting this company. Save yourself a bad headache and find a more reliable service.

In response to Terabyte’s reply, I want to clarify that I am not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly or without good reason. My dissatisfaction stems entirely from their poor service and unprofessional behavior throughout the repair process.
From the very beginning, Terabyte assured me that the repair would take 2–3 days. However, this turned into multiple weeks and six separate trips to their store, during which they repeatedly claimed my laptop was repaired. Despite their assurances, the issue—the black flashing screen—was never resolved, and I have video proof of this.
I entrusted my laptop to Terabyte based on their promises, which turned out to be false. They misled me into believing they could quickly and effectively resolve the issue, but they failed. Their response here, written in all caps, reflects the same lack of professionalism I experienced throughout.
It’s disingenuous to claim that I am “unfair” or “impossible to satisfy.” My expectations were reasonable: I paid £226 for a repair service, and I expected the problem to be fixed. Instead, I received the same faulty laptop, wasted time, and unfulfilled promises.
I stand by my review because it reflects the facts. I hope this serves as a warning to others considering their services.

Amazing service. sammy was very helpful over the phone and reassured me he would be able to help. My MacBook Pro m1 screen was damaged and he replaced it for me. Promptly. Screen is brand new display is in full working order now. Fixed in less than an hour! I would recommend these guys to anybody who needs phone or laptop fixed.

I regret going to Terabyte Electronics on 21st August, and would never go back there. I paid £54 online for a diagnosis and took in my unresponsive MacBook for diagnosis /data removal. After waiting 4 days I was asked to come in for the diagnosis. I was told the only problem was liquid damage. I was given a quote for £324 to clean up and repair the machine and was reassured that the data would be unaffected. The resale value was only £4 on MacBack so obviously I asked to think about it. The owner ‘Sammy’ however refused to return my machine. He kept insisting I should go ahead because the cost of buying a new one would be so high. It was definitely a hard sell. He refused to hand back the machine and insisted against my wishes on keeping it another day. I found this worrisome but had no choice.
The next day after ‘Sammy’ allowed me to take my laptop home, I paid for a second diagnosis from a different MacBook engineer. That diagnosis cost me only £25 and was much more professionally done. His written diagnosis shocked me.
He hinted that it seemed to have been interfered with and had the following things wrong:
No Power. Power rails missing so no power to main board.
Thick superglue-like covering on MagSafe port preventing contact.
No fan spin, fan connector had thick film preventing contact
Liquid damage
SSD could not be read, so data recovery could not be initiated. The MacBook was deemed beyond economic repair.
The machine ended up in a worse state after it had been in Terabyte’s hands. Take my advice and shop around before allowing Terabyte to have control of your device.

I sent my phone for diagnostic after dropping it in water. I paid £45 just to have it diagnosed. The company should deduct this cost if any repairs is to be done. I got a call from them giving me details what needs to be replaced and they asked for £170. I decided not to repair the phone because it wasn’t worth it. It’s a secondary phone and it didn’t have any data. I asked for the phone to be sent back to me as I will take it elsewhere to get repaired. I found original parts knife for less then they wanted to charge me. They requested I pay £10 pound for my phone to be returned to me which should cover Special Next Day delivery. Funny enough, they paid £5 to ship it. They over charge customers and you can bring your phone to get repaired other places that will do a good job and won’t ask for such as high price.

Sammy was incredibly helpful and informative when I needed my MacBook screen repair. After coming across a few dodgy places it was so reassuring to be met by Sammy at terabyte electronics. My screen was fixed within 40 minutes for half the price that Apple was quoting me. They are very easy to contact and communicate with and I would highly recommend them for any electronic needs you have
