Utter crap. Do not fall for the slick adverts as the product is absolute rubbish

Clearly a scam - product bore no resemblance to promotional video. no instructions for use - money wasted lesson learned - AVOID

Clearly a scam site. Products took 6 weeks to arrive. The products are not anything like as described. Customer service eventually replied offering £1 refund or return to China incurring postal charges. Steer well clear.

SCAM SCAM SCAM......Stay as far away as possible from this so called company. I purchased an item which has still not arrived after 6 weeks. No customer service, computer generated chat that sends you around in circles, no contact number and no humans to speak too. It looks like I will not receive what I ordered.
Like previous reviewers I regret not reading the reviews before purchase.

Please do not buy from this company as they are totally scammers. I purchased a small piece of Grass Seed Mat to try out. The tracking of the item said it was coming from USA and eventually turned up in a package that was sent from China. After opening the package it contained what looked like a long piece of green felt, which is what it turned out to be after seeing if anything would grow from it. I contacted their customer services and after a lot of not getting anywhere message conversation I was told I could return it at my expense, but I shouldn’t because the cost to me would outweigh the point of returning it. Again, do not buy from them, they are scammers. Funny that all the good reviews here are from people from the USA.

Ordered a product, despite tracking notes for a month, nothing ever arrived and all they kept saying was wait a few more days. They then refused a refund. Please do not waste your money, complete scam.

Not even 1 star. As a lot of people previously I fell for the grass felt scam! Trying to get anywhere with this company is impossible. What I don't understand is why they bother, it must have cost them nearly as much to send me the useless felt - what's the point?? Steer well clear.

1 star is too good!! Appalling customer service, ordered and finaly recieved the grass felt which does not work., not a single sprout on several test patches. Now been back and forth for 2 weeks trying to resolve. I have been offered £3 and £5 compensation but no refund when I brought 7 rolls!

Will fight this to the end but please do not waste your money with this company

Ordered a wind spinner and grass seed felt. the spinner was broken and the grass seed felt was, well just felt.
As per other reviews i was advised that returns would be at my cost and therefore i should accept their low refund offer. i did not accept the offer and i managed to obtain a deal on shipping with Evri so the full refund will outweighs the refund offer made. They then advised if i was to return the item it needs to be returned unbroken to obtain refund which is not possible when it arrived broken so therefore i have done all communication via PayPal and I would strongly recommend you do don't purchase from this company.

This ‘company’ is 100% a SCAM!!!!

1. The price you are shown on completing order, goes up, when you check your PayPal account. My order including shipping insurance was £19.37 but £23.24 was taken from my PayPal account (they say it’s shipping insurance, it’s NOT they’re just helping themselves to more of your money, FRAUDULENTLY!

2. That pale green felt like material, impregnated with grass seed to aid grass growth on patchy gardens they advertise, does NOT exist on this site!!!! You are sent plain old green felt that does NOTHING regardless of how much you water and watch it.

3. When you open a dispute with PayPal, they’ll try to get away with offering you a tiny (£2) partial refund, to keep the product. So that’d be £21.24 for a pile of useless green felt???? That’ll be a big fat NO from me!

4. When you escalate your claim with PayPal, they will offer you a full refund on the proviso that you send that useless green felt, back to them at YOUR EXPENSE! Again, that’s a NO from me!

5. Screenshots of all reviews on Trustpilot were sent to PayPal, showing the FULL extent of their scamming ways, and I followed it up with a call this morning. Paypal closed the case in my favour and refunded me in full.

I sincerely hope others do, what I failed to do, and check reviews here before parting with their hard earned cash. These scammers are the lowest of the low and I hope they get mown down by the Karma Wagon!

AWFUL. SCAMMERS. I ordered the grass seed felt and got nothing like the advertised product. Funnily I can’t find the product on their website anymore! Took more money than the order cost, offered me £3 refund and said the cost for return would be too expensive. Turns out they are in China despite the website stating USA/UK . PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a roll of lawn fabric from them - supposedly material impregnated with lawn seed which would grow when applied to bare earth and watered. I gave it 5 weeks of care but no result. I am not a novice gardener, I have a diploma in horticulture and several decades of experience. I am pretty sure they just sent me a length of plain green felt. Customer services refused to refund on the basis that they had sent me the correct item and it may have been damaged either by me or the courier. It was not damaged, it simply didn't work, and I sent several photos as evidence but kept getting the same reply. I think this company is a scam operator.

I love the site, it delivered the item quickly and safely, works great for my gardening tools

In terms of refunds, this company has done a good job, and there has been no refusal to refund. I contacted them because I paid an extra tax for an order, and they refunded me quickly. I was invited to come here to evaluate, and I Also quite happy.

The company's products are of good quality, I bought a garden whetstone and it works great for my tools.

One star just so I could write!!! What a complete rip off!!! Not one grass seed in this felt! No chance of a refund either! From now on I’m staying away from anything that’s sold on Instagram!!!! I think most has been said already, a complete scam and a lesson to read reviews first. They’re clever in so much as the product isn’t expensive so I didn’t bother researching the company. Well lesson learned and it did make us laugh.

Utter scam! Ordered some ‘grass patches’ which when they arrived looked nothing like the video. After 5-6 weeks on the ground, not broken down at all and no new grass. It appears to be green felt! The company offered £2 refund, not the £20 I had paid. Do not order!!
