good communication, simple and responsive

I couldn’t be happier with how my advertisement sign turned out! Finding another way to promote my business was already exciting, but Alexia truly took it to the next level. She listened to every detail I wanted and somehow brought it all to life even better than I imagined. The design is clean, eye-catching, and perfectly represents my brand.

From the layout to the smallest touches, everything was done with intention and creativity. If you’re looking for someone who can turn your vision into reality, Alexia is the one. I’m beyond in love with the final result!

Easy to work with.

I secured a kiosk online on the 5th and recieved an email with a link to direct me to give them information but I didn't see anything. I emailed them and let them know that.I haven't heard from them and they don't respond to calls, emails and live chat.Hope they won't charge my card.

I feel that everyone that I have encountered has been amazing and very helpful! They are really good at staying on top of things and making sure that things are done right.

The process was clearly communicated. The changes in artwork I requested were made. I am extremely happy the way the final artwork turned out. I can't wait to see it in person.

It took less than two weeks for our initial inquiry to getting a final proof with our product. There was fantastic customer service from the sales team, who was willing to change the contract to fit our needs after further internal discussion, in under an hour. He introduced us to the design & production team, where our ideas were generated into fruition in under three business days. We are very satisfied with the advertising services that TerraBosst offered us and will continue our partnership in the future, as well as promote them to our business partners.
