I had a 10 x 8 shed installed by a third party and within 3 years the roof started leaking. The third party did a temporary repair for free and this year the roof started leaking again. I paid nearly £1500 for the supply and fitting of this shed and expected a higher standard. Now I'm being asked for more money as the original felt, needs to be replaced with a more heavy duty felt.

Brilliant company to deal with. Top quality products. We purchased a bespoke shed/summerhouse combo.
Installed by Sam and Richard, who were both highly skilled and efficient.
The after sales customer service is also impressive. A few minor issues and they were rectified by Tony and Mike...they were equally efficient and nothing was too much trouble to sort.
Thoroughly recommend TGB!

I bought a TGB summerhouse through A1 sheds and I'm so happy with it. It's solid and the glass is thick. The guys that came to put it up came when they said, put it up quickly and efficiently and were really friendly. They checked exactly where I wanted it and went over things once they were finished and left everything tidy. I'm just thrilled to have the extra space and how nice it looks. A1 sheds did a great job as the retailers answering a couple of questions I had before purchase and sending e-mails so I knew exactly what was happening

arrived all prepared - put up shed very quickly no fuss and looks great - friendly team. Super result at the quoted price. Very satisfied.👍

I am delighted with my new summer house, it was installed today. The builders had it erected within an hour amazing work & professional job. Great customer service.

Ordered a 7x5 hipex. Dec the installer was very cheerful and professional, arrived in good time as promised, it was all done without any problems, very pleased with the shed, haven't had any issues since installation, it looks great.

I ordered an 8x6 Sunfower potting shed via Champfleurie Estate and paid them a deposit. They were efficient and I have no complaints about them. Sadly, my experience with TGB hasn't been as good. I received a call on 29/6 asking if I could take delivery on 2/7, but we were going on holiday, so I agreed that 8/7 would be better. I asked about paying the balance and was told that the office would be in touch to sort this out. I emailed the office on 4/7 and asked if I could pay the outstanding balance. 5/7 I received an email with details for me to pay and confirming the delivery & installation date of 8/7. I paid immediately and all seemed well. I sent an email first thing on 8/7 confirming my contact number for queries. However, there was no sign of anyone by 5pm, so I emailed the company. No reply. So I tried to call but was unable to leave a message. I'm now worried what has happened to my potting shed and if it will arrive and be installed at all. I appreciate that running a business isn't easy, but it isn't hard to make a call and keep clients updated.

Update 09/07/24: I sent an email to TGB asking where my shed was, but am still waiting for a reply. I gave up waiting and called. I spoke to someone who put me through to Adam, who apparently took over when Elli left. He told me that my shed was job number 2 for 9/7 and it would arrive between 11am and 1pm. The 2 people who arrived to install the shed were friendly and helpful. Sadly, TGB had omitted to include my battons for the base, so it couldn't be set up. I now have to wait for TGB to send them to the installation team and then I'll finally get my shed.

Update: 10/7 still no communication from TGB. I know thay they've had issues recently, but without customer focus the business will suffer.

Update: 11/7 I called TGB & was told that the 2 people who could help were on a call, so could I leave my number. Given that no one ever responds, I chose to wait. After 10 minutes I was transferred to Rob and I had to explain the whole story again. Rob said that he would look into getting my battens sent up. I asked him to call me back because of the radio silence so far. He kept his word and asked if 16/7 was OK. OH now has to take additional holiday to cover this delay. We've now wasted a valuable week holiday waiting for nothing. Watch this space for the next instalment. Will the situation be resolved or not?!

Monday 15th update ~ 8:04am I called TGB & at 8:10am it was confirmed that we would be first on the list tomorrow. YIPPEE! At last. ...Sadly, this all changed when I received a call at 15:10 telling me that we were actually FOURTH on the list for tomorrow and installation will be in the afternoon. I explained that we'd already been told that we would be first. 15:36 and a call back from Adam. I expressed my disappointment and he said that he was sorry if we feel that we'd been let down. Erm, no we HAVE BEEN LET DOWN. He explained that the driver leaves Rotherham tomorrow morning to deliver all the items for installation. (Great! OH now has to go back and ask for the FULL DAY OFF instead of the morning.) He told me that they are still trying to get on top of things. I asked if the glass is to be cut by the installer. It isn't. He said that he would check to see if the correct glass had been sent up before the driver leaves tomorrow.
As a customer, when we are told that our order is ready for delivery and installation, we expect that to happen. Internal problems within a company are not the customer's responsibility. TGB shouldn't offer what they can't deliver (no pun intended). ... The saga continues and I'm getting extremely fed up. There is no remorse. Zero effort to make up for the situation that they've created.

Tuesday 16th July: We weren't first as promised, but fourth. Thankfully, the battens (albeit 4 instead of the 5 that I paid for) etc were supplied and the shed is now installed. The shed is excellent quality. However, TGB really need to work on their customer service.

Yes, just when I thought that it was ok, I noticed that the windows only had battens at the side and the top/bottom were not sealed in any way. Also, one of the windows had a 1cm gap at the top. I've had enough. It may be one job to TGB and their installer, but to me it was something that I saved up for and looked forward to. You've let yourselves down TGB & team. I'll NEVER buy from you again and I WON'T recommend you.

Purchased an 8'x6' sloping glass front potting shed from a new outlet at Manor Garden Centre, Swindon.
Given choice of door position.
Delivery was on time, with a tricky reversal along a track, to reach a gate at the end of the garden.
The wife and I opted for self-assembly and erection, which presented no real difficulty, other than us continually forgetting how old we are!
A couple of issues with bits such as roof felt and potting shelf that Steve & Co sorted very quickly.
All in all, a pleasant and easy experience.
If anyone in Swindon is looking at purchasing a timber building (including for children), we would certainly recommend talking to Steve & Co.

PS If you're looking at buying this potting shed, the upgrade to the stable door is a godsend - you won't regret it!

Ordered a basic garden tidy, 6x2. Picked it up in Rotherham (from London). Side panels were different sizes. I reported the issue and was told that delivery had been arranged for 2 weeks, for the correctly sized panels. The delivery didn't turn up, Ellie, the office manager now won't return my calls or emails. In addition, the panels I do have are very poorly constructed, now I have to dispose of them. Awful experience and £130 down.

Shed arrived and workmen efficiently constructed it although didn't have the facia boards with them. After a couple of emails and photos to confirm issue this was rectified and the guys returned a while later (when back in area) to fit them. Really solid shed, feels robust and fit for purpose.

I called and spoke with Ellie who arranged and planned in for us to have our 10 x 8 Apex shed re felted and new fascias fitted. I called on a Friday and by Tuesday the job had been done.
The fitters called me 30 minutes prior to arrival and when they did arrive they were very respectful of my property. The job was completed within 15 minutes and it looks amazing.
I would recommend this company . Really great from start to finish.

New shed fitted today by James of TGB Sheds. Can't praise him enough. He was excellent, not only in constructing the shed so efficiently and expertly but in his friendly and professional demeanour. He also guided and helped us with adjusting access to our garden. He did all this in appalling weather conditions; gusty wind and torrential rain showers, with a smile on his face! Very impressed with the two members of the TGB team that I have had contact with, from Ellie in the office to James who delivered and installed the shed. Both have been outstanding. Excellent service from James today explained exactly what was needed to keep shed in good condition, erected quickly , and tidied up after . Can’t wait to start using !

Dec and James came to put up our shed on the 4th July. They were very efficient and did everything perfectly. It wasn’t until my husband finished putting on the wood preserver that we noticed a small piece of wood had been broken. Hardly visible but could have been a problem. Contacted the company and when they were next down in our area they came and fixed it within a few minutes. We didn’t get the names of these workers but they’ve all been very polite and courteous.
