There were several practical takeaways, particularly around supporting different thinking styles (e.g. encouraging doodling or fidgeting during meetings) and using reframing techniques to view situations from new perspectives.
The NLP Triangle model and the focus on values and beliefs were especially impactful and easily transferable across different contexts.
Overall, an insightful session that has positively influenced how I approach both personal and professional interactions.

Advanced DISC Practitioner was a fabulous CPD event.
Sharon was full of enthusiasm and provided complimentary tools that can be used beyond the DISC profile to continue to raise awareness on behaviour.

The DISC Advanced Practitioner Workshop was expertly delivered by DISC Master Trainer Sharon Lawton.
It was a superb training with many insights which helped me to understand how DISC integrates with leading frameworks such as Lencioniâs Five Dysfunctions of a Team and David Rockâs SCARF model, adding to my toolkit for working with individuals, leaders, and teams.
This workshop was also a masterclass in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment which made it perfect for learning online.
