The 'OW' workshop was great; pre-work less so
The 'OW' workshop was excellent, superbly facilitated by Sarah Brammall - a real professional. The pre- work was OK. The workshop is fine and does a job but I found the supporting pre-work videos incredibly patronising. The tone is appropriate for a class of school children rather than adult learning. Something for the Academy to reflect on

Great course. Highly recommend.
I really loved every second of this course. It was unexpectedly life changing in all the best ways and Iâm now going on to build my own coaching practise with a very promising start - thanks to everything I learnt with TCA.
The one thing I would have liked more interaction with, would have been the written work. We got mentors and supervision for everything else, but just a check-in that we are on the right track would have put me at ease a little more.
I would absolutely recommend this course and sign up for others with TCA.
