Established in 1999, The Coaching Academy is now the largest life coach training organisation of its kind in the world. Weâre incredibly proud of the reputation weâve developed since opening our doors. We started when coaching was a relatively new phenomenon and there werenât any other UK based training organisations for coaches. Now we find ourselves at the forefront of coach training and chosen by more people who want to professionally train in the practical skills of coaching than any other organisation.

Life Coaching Diploma
After some research (and scepticism) I bought the Life Coaching Course with the help of a bursary and payment plan. It has proved to be an enlightening course with an unending amount of support offered alongside it - money well spent, I feel I shall be well equipped when I have completed it.

Fantastic 3 sessions from Kristi
Fantastic 3 sessions from Kristi. She kept the interest high and engaged the group with the perfect amount of energy. The course content was quite conceptual, but still very interesting, helped by some really enthusiastic teaching.

A great and trusted resource for coaches at every level
I have been learning with the Coaching Academy for about 15 years - through its in-person courses, workshops and events. In the last few years, I've benefitted greatly from the growing variety of online content and live events. As a student, I've really appreciated the resources and support from the TCA that have helped me gain my Diploma in Personal and Professional Coaching. With a diverse range of information and guidance, the Coaching Academy is my go-to for any questions and help with my coaching development.
