I would like to thank Ben at the Air Gun Centre who yesterday fixed my HW100 which it turns out had been damaged when I was having major building work done on my house. I turned up at the shop without an appointment but Ben took one look at the rifle and said give me 10minutes, true to his word he had stripped it down and fixed the problem, when I asked how much do I owe you his reply, FOC! Lifetime care from us. I was amazed because the damage was not The Airgun Centre’s fault. I cannot praise the company enough, particularly Ben who along with the rest of the marvellous team at the shop. You have my undying gratitude!

Just bought a Daystate Huntsman Revere from the Airgun Centre. I cannot express just how much these guys care about their customers. I've been buying air rifles for 20 years and these guys - especially Peter and Steve - care about their customers and the level of service they provide. Plus, with their home delivery service, they have the whole package. So, in summary, the best guys with great prices, know their stuff and look after their customers - so rare these days. I payed £1200 on a airgun here , realised a part was missing so contacted via email they said they will send one out to me . Nearly 3 months later still nothing. That was not the only issue I had regarding this airgun. Low power issues and scope mounts are not identical so not correct pair.

Always brought my stuff from these guys.and been happy with the service I was given .only down side was never offered the cup of tea but cannot wait for shop to open see you soon guys.

2/3 of the staff are really helpful and polite. One of the staff shouldnt be in retail !

This was my first ever Mail order Air Rifle purchase I have made due to shops all in lockdown. The Rifle set up was fully assembled and ready to shoot when it arrived. Communication was excellent through out the purchase from the email enquiry to the delivery which was made at the weekend as promised. Would definitely recommend The Airgun Centre and look forward to visiting their store when they reopen. Thanks Lads !

Very happy with the gun. The owner is nice to deal with. They are a little behind due to Covid and temporarily reduced the number of staff working in the shop. Brexit has also impacted imports to U.K. from suppliers. This is difficult time for retail, had to wait a while to get my order but they threw in some extras for the delay which I think was more than fair. Would purchase from them again in future.

Your not going to find a better shop than this to purchase your air guns and supplies. Loads of Good quality stock and the customer service is second to none. Ordered a rifle online and had it delivered to my local dealer for collection. Very fast delivery and brilliant customer service. I received a txt and email to inform me of the assembly and shipment along with a tracking number.
